History
Established in 2001.
Summation Technology, LLC is a privately held company, founded by Jon Krainock. As we have a view of beautiful Pikes Peak at our headquarters, the name «Summation» is a combining of the words «Summit» and «Duplication».
Within three years of it’s inception, Summation grew to become the largest dealer of CD DVD Blu-ray disc publishing duplication and printing machines.
In 2008 we added color label printers, label applicators, bottle labeling machines, and custom labels to our offering.
We work hard to maintain the highest level of technical certification made available by our manufacturers, an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, a five-star rating on Google, a five-star rating on ResellerRatings, the title of «#1 Dealer in Customer Satisfaction» for Primera Technology, the title of «Premier Value-Added Reseller» for Rimage Corporation.
We want your business, and you deserve nothing less than the best this industry has to offer!

Business Owner
Jon is the founder and sole proprietor of the private company Summation Technology, LLC. After gaining an education in computer science, he started his career in electro-mechanical design and drafting in Arizona in 1989. He entered the recordable CD industry in 1995 as a salesman. In 1996 he moved to Minnesota, which would soon become the hub for CD DVD and Blu-ray publishing equipment manufacturing, and worked there as a sales manager. It was here that he established industry relationships that would later become the key to his success. In 2001 he moved with his wife and four children to Colorado, where he founded Summation. He continues to be involved full-time in the daily business operations as Summation’s President.
