I’m so happy to update my review on my nearby Auto Zone to 4 stars! Way to go in improving customer service to females! My daughter and I came in early today to get a quart of oil. The gentleman greeted us nicely and helped look up my car’s brand and then walked us to find the exact match. We checked out quickly and another employee walked us outside and opened the hood and helped me remove the oil cap. I could’ve done this myself but the help was so appreciated since it was cold and my little girl was outside with us. Thanks, guys, and we will be back here for our next car issue!

Waited for thirty minutes with a car battery in my hand. Half a dozen employees did little to nothing. One employee worked the register.

Horrible customer service. Rude employees when I needed help and a refund. Lied straight to my face about how they have to give a refund. Management didn’t help and sided with his employees. Will never be back and will never recommend this location. Hire intelligent employees rather than ones that have no high school deploma and no customer service skills.

I’ve never had a problem here. I love how helpful they are and that they will install my headlights for no extra charge– which is great because I’m sure I’d break something if I tried. We actually had to take my battery out to get the left headlight in last time and that took much longer than the guy anticipated. I’m still very grateful that he took the time to help me anyway even after it became a bit of a pain.

Good service and reasonable prices. Just about anything you need for your car. Also, we’ve all seen that annoying check engine light. Autozone will diagnose it for you and can usually reset it at no charge. They have also installed wiper blades for me and air filters at no charge. Good service, reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff. I agree with Craig T’s review… I’m taking his advice and I’m going to tell my daughter the same thing when she has car issues…“take it to Autozone”.
