Great small town atmosphere with friendly staff. Food was exactly as I had hoped from a downtown pizza joint: perfect amount of garlic in the knots and awesome white pizza. I would definitely go back again!

Stopped off and was pleasantly surprised by delicious pizza. It’s hard to find a good place to eat when you’re on the road in upstate New York, and this place exceeded our expectations. The pizza was not the best I’ve had, but we would definitely go back. Even a year later I still remember how friendly the staff were.

I used to eat pizza from here 15 years ago, and it was very good. I went back to Cobleskill this summer, and The Pizza Shack is still the same! Good Pizza and Sandwiches, give it a try!

This is a great place to stop for a slice. The crust is lovely crispy-crunchy, and all pizzas are made with good cheese. Maybe a little light on the sauce, but a terrific place to stop while on the road. Service is friendly and helpful, and the spot looking out on Main Street is sunny and bright.

Some of the friendliest folks around and the best pizzas and subs in cobleskill. I’ve been going here for years, and everytime I’m back in cobleskill I make a stop here.

There is no great pizza in Cobleskill. Its OK here. Service is sketchy depending on how many college kids are packed in here at any given time. Dinners are pretty good, I had the eggplant rolitini, it was excellent. I went in for lunch once, the service took over an hour and all we had was burgers and mine was overcooked and hubbies was undercooked. Bagged chips on the side instead of fries? Really?

Great pizza and pasta. My boyfriend grew up around the corner, so it was fun to meet the owners I had heard so much about(oh, and the food too). Definitely worth a stop!
