The service was terrible. The one employee named Tyler Ulman was super creepy and kept starring at me and my friends. Two of the Waitresses were really bitchy and kept giving us dirty looks. The pizza was burnt and sauce was too sweet. I will never go back

ordered out two personal pan pizzas… small, barely any toppings, hardly cooked. quite annoyed, especially for $ 20+. i ordered a chicken parm personal pan pizza. Three(3)! pieces of chicken on whole pie. No extra cheese, no extra marinara as the menu states. Just a small pie with a chicken tender cut up on it. I am a local, and will not go there anymore. Justines gives you so much more

Bad just bad. Bread knots large but hard & cold. Pizza extremely greasy. Would not recommend. Ended up throwing away the items we purchased.

For a business in a college town that attracts a majority of their business from students, the owners and the workers are very rude and standoffish towards students. I have been coming here for years, but the recent treatment I have received from them has caused me to never again come to this pizza place. That, as well as the decline in the quality of their food. Good luck in the future if you continue to be this rude towards your customers.

I’ve been eating at Pizza Shack since I was a little kid sharing their calzones with my Gram. When I moved to Oklahoma six years ago, I was constantly complaining to anyone who would listen how much I missed Pizza Shack’s food. Now coming back to the area, their food is still just as good and the people still just as amazing! Now I get to share calzones with my kids… and they love it as much as I always have. Hopefully someday they will pass the Pizza Shack tradition down to their children! :-)

Worst pizza I’ve ever had, the $ 9 price tag should have been an indicator, if you want decent pizza go to Justine’s.

Very good food. I ate here everyday I was here working at the hospital. The owner welcomed me every night and the food was reliable to ready to please complete with chunky sauce. Tonight will be my last night, but i’ll be sure to tell my coworkers about this place when they’re back for follow up next month. The place isn’t fancy but has great pizza and its a great place to bring the team or family out for pizza.

Hungry in Cobleskill with a pizza craving? Try this spot in the center of town. We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. A pretty nice menu with many choices and options. One of our favorites, white veggie pizza was spotted, so we went for it. The pie crust was different than any I’ve had before, with not a speck of cornmeal on the bottom. After mentioning it to the guy behind the counter swinging the dough, he said the flour does all the work in keeping the pie from sticking to the bottom of the oven. Most pizza cooks believe that the cornmeal acts like«ball berrings», allowing the douch to slide off the peel. I guess this place proved that theory wrong! The pizza arrived, topped with sliced tomato and pesto sauce. No other veggies… which was a downer, and the crust looked as though the pie was rushed out of the oven too soon with it’s very pale hue around the edges. Then we bit into it… Man, it was good. Creamy from the ricotta, fragrant from the basil and garlic, and the crust was suprisingly crisp with the right amount of salt. I won’t be judging a book by it’s cover again, apparrently. The only issue was that I“d like to have seen more vegetables on this«veggie» pizza. Service was good, place was clean and spacious.

Best pizza in Schoharie County by far! The staff is great, super friendly service and the pizza makers always put on a show for the kids. We’ll go back time and time again!

I stopped here on a Friday evening and the Pizza Shack was easily the busiest restaurant by far in Cobleskill. And for good reason too, since the prices are reasonable, the service was quick and the selection was wide-reaching, including pasta dinners, pizza and subs. I decided to order a couple of slices of pizza which I wanted to take on the go(I was in a bit of a hurry). The penne a la vodka pizza and the sausage and pepperoni pizza slices that I ordered were very tasty. I can see why the Pizza Shack is quite popular.

Best pizza in this area. You wouldn’t think you could get decent NY style around here but that is exactly what Pizza Shack is serving up. I wouldn’t recommend anything else but the pizza here as that just seems to be what their specialty is. Friendly staff and good service.

I ordered a sub. very tasty and huge. I had to take part of it home. Staff was friendly. Lots of room for groups. The owner must be a Yankee fan. Lots of pictures on the wall and a pizza clock too. I’d go here again. My food was good.
