Every Employee that I came into contact with during my visit was extremely courteous. The service Dept. was a GREAT experience as well. This set the tone for my whole day.

Thank you Mike Vongsiri for a great buying experience. He and his manager worked with me on my trade in and got me into a certified used Kia Forte that has been great so far. They worked with me to get the price to what I could afford. Mike was a pleasure to work with!

Great atmosphere, no pressure. The only negative thing I would say is that I wasn’t offered 0% which I qualified for up front. I eventually got the rate but feel I would got an overall better price had I been given that rate up front. As it was late in the process when I got that offer, I didn’t bother to negotiate price.

The worst customer service when it comes to service on your car. I spoke to different service consultants who were either rude, or didn’t know what they were talking about. Lorraine was the only one who was polite and helpful. I made it clear and verified several times that I needed a shuttle ride to get to work by 1, which I was told was no problem if I showed up at 12:30. Upon coming in to receive the ride as scheduled, I was told they were on lunch until after 1. No apology, no effort to make it right. I ended up late to work… I will not be returning to this Kia again. Very unprofessional treatment of your customers. The only thing that made my experience somewhat decent was how nice the shuttle driver was. Thank you to him.

I was sort of hesitant on writing this review because I don’t actually own a kia nor do I visit this dealership regularly. However, I went with my mom and experienced the awesome customer service.
We went because my mom’s tires were low. We had to get out and wait and I thought it was going to take forever because places usually try to convince you that you need other things done I was kind of upset but when I walked into their waiting room and saw donuts and coffee AND coloring books for my kids, I was relieved. Yes, thats all it takes to keep me happy. And Kia, you guys thought of everything. the coffee machine they have is amazing. It makes all kinds of drinks from hot chocolate to shots of espresso!
We were there for maybe 15 minutes and we were ready to go! The guy came in and told my mom exactly what they did and why her tires were low. Turns out the nitrogen levels decrease when it’s cold so they filled it up for her. He was really nice. And that was it!

I called Kia to inquire regarding a Craigslist posting and was intrigued. I was told by the salesman that I would be able to meet him and see the car that afternoon.
Upon visiting Future Kia I learned that this salesman was «out» with a customer, completely understandable. Less understandable was that the advertised vehicle was unable to be looked at because it was «likely» in the back still being reviewed. Why advertise a car and then agree to show it if it isn’t ready to be shown?
Also, as a particularly nitpicking note (being a bit harsh, I know), leaving a customer to check something is one thing. Leaving them alone for 10 minutes is another. There are a lot of car-​buying options and far more you can do beyond buying a car with $ 20,000, I’d rather not wait somewhere if I’m going to spend that much in one place.

This place is ok when purchasing cars. However, when you purchase your car with warranty and maintenence of the car you have to abide by the contract. The service here is terrible. I don’t belive they have it posted some where but they should post you must have an appointment for your vehicle to be serviced. I have had my car serviced here 3x now and every time I check in my car I get the remarks. Do you have an apt? My answer no. They look at you with a stupid look and say but We won’t see your vehicle all day. My answer is that’s fine. They look at you again like really? What company does that to their customers? Really unprofessional. The Mexican guy is the one I’ve dealt with and every time never fails he is just rude.

When i purchased my car there 2 years ago, it was the best buying experience. Their customer service was great. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

I bought a used car, from Future Kia of Clovis, so I checked back with them, when it was time to purchase a new SUV. The car salesman, Michael Aguillar, was cordial, and professional. I really liked him. He heard what my offer was, and understood that I was adamant on the price. He presented it to his manager, who passed it on to finance. Prior to negotiations, I had been in a couple of times, and knew what car I wanted. I printed up a true car offer, was giving a trade in, and looking for some dealer incentives. It was cut and dry, as there were two, out of town dealerships, willing to deal. My salesman knew I was walking, if I didn’t get my price, within 30 minutes. I also told that to the manager. I didn’t want to get trapped into negotiating for 2 or 3 hours. They went a few rounds with the finance manager, who, just wasn’t willing to cut a deal. Knowing I could get the price out of town, still, he wouldn’t budge. The manager made it look like they were only going to make $ 200, on the sale of a new car. I laughed and said, «Look, I know that’s not true. You couldn’t make a living selling cars for $ 200 in profit! Hell, I can make $ 200 selling cookies.» He didn’t seem amused. With that, I left. I did feel bad that because of the manager and finance person, the salesman lost a commission. There was only so much he could do though. Looking back, I am so glad things turned out the way they did. The Kia SUV wasn’t as nice as the Nissan Pathfinder, which I did purchase. It’s funny that Nissan worked off the true car estimate, and gave me incentives, and the trade in value I was looking for. In conclusion, I doubt I will purchase from Kia, in the future. Nissan and Honda will be my first choice.

Michael Aguirre is awesome!!! He went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted and could afford. If you want hard working and honest ask for Michael Aguirre!!!

Staff is very friendly & makes maintenance for my car very convenient & hassel free. My car was serviced in good time and I really appreciated that Travis went over everything that they maintenanced so that I was aware instead of just handing me the paper & sending me on my way. So thankful I bought my Kia Optima from them!

This was our second purchase from Clovis Kia. They are willing to negotiate, where other dealers weren’t. We’ll be back here for our next purchase as well.

Just bought my first brand new car here today. 2014 Kia Soul. Best buying experience ever. Mike was wonderful. No pressure, he made us really comfortable even though I was nervous. They gave us a really good deal and got the payments right where we needed them to be.
He even bought my son lunch while we were waiting on paperwork.

Parts department is terrible! These guys just care about punching out at 5:00:00 and not a second longer .
When you go check out the Kia employees. They look worn out and unhappy. There office staff is a bit tired as well.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I came here with my cousin today only to look at a few of the new Kias because I am in the market to buy a new car. Saeed noticed us right away when we pulled up and helped us right away. He let me test drive every single car I was interested in and even took the time to show me all the features of each car. Saeed was not pushy at all and was professional and friendly the entire time… even had a good sense of humor.
Both the manager and Saeed worked really hard to work with me on a comfortable price and payment plan. They were very straight forward and seemed very honest. They told me they can lower the price, but would like to make at least a few hundred dollars too. No bullshit, I like that. Although I needed some time to think things over, they assured me that whatever discounts and payment options they worked out for me will stay the same. The manager even gave me a quick lesson on the pros and cons for leasing a car over purchasing.
Anyway, loved their service and I definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking to buy a Kia.

So far the salesmen have been very polite and not pushy. I intend to buy a new car as going forward I will be putting a lot of miles on the car so I need a good deal. They didn’t use any of the regular, «this deal wont be here tomorrow» stuff which I respect.

I bought a 2012 Optima here and I can not be more satisfied. We went to Selma Kia first because it was closer to where we lived, but the service was mediocre, and they weren’t willing to work on the price. We left Selma Kia, and went to Future Kia, where the price was instantly 1K cheaper.
The reason I’m here writing a review is not because of how I was treated, but really how I saw the guys there treat another patron. a few weeks later I came back to correct an error on the lease forms (probably the only downside of this place, a few paperwork errors) and I couldn’t help but notice how well they treated a veteran and his wife, after the couple had agreed on a price, the salesperson went back and got them even a lower price (I think it was a veteran incentive). Overall, great service for a car dealership. As I mentioned earlier, the only downside was paperwork errors, and the small selection (they did offer to get me any color and package I wanted from their partner dealerships.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! We bought a 2012 vehicle here back in September, the tires started having low pressure soon after we purchased the car. Today we decided to buy new tires and found out that this dealership swapped the tires and sold us old 2009 tires on our 2012 vehicle.
Maybe it’s just me but when you buy a 2012 vehicle you expect everything on the vehicle to be 2012, including tires. Adam Mesick the sales manager was not helpful and basically said if the tires passed their inspection then it’s not their problem. Next complaint will be to the BBB!
You might have saved a few hundred dollars by selling us old cheap tires but hopefully this makes you lose thousands of dollars more from potential victims of your poor business practices.

Usually, I cant stand buying a car because of all the bargaining and lack of service. However, Terry was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Plus, him and Adam (the manager) gave a fair and competitive price. They’re running a business like everyone else, but they aren’t trying to rip people off. They practice good ethics and have integrity. They continued with the excellent service even after the deal was all done. Just good people… even the finance manager, hector, was friendly and fast.
I will recommend this dealership to everyone.
My only regret is not getting the upgraded Kia Optima EX or SX. Love my LX though.

Awesome place to purchase a vehicle. First of all, I bought a Cadillac two years ago and the service at future Kia was much better. The salesman John, was very helpful and knowledgable when it came to the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. They have an awesome selection and no other dealer could touch their prices.
