I would highly recommend future Ford, they were straight forward and friendly. They listened to my expectations and my limits and they delivered everything and more than what I was asking. Craig worked with us, he never made us feel uncomfortable, he never pushed and he did exactly what he promised. If you are in the market for a car, go see Craig at future Ford!

Do not make the mistake of taking your vehicle for maintenance here. My daughter’s vehicle had a typo on the work order error causing hours of delays. Also, items were not checked as directed by checklist. I asked that my daughters bill be reversed. Nothing happened.
The Service Manager was not accommodating to my girl.

I agree with others posts that represent the FALSE impression they give of «CARING» because my husband has been contacting any other Future Ford he can because manager Freddy Flores does NOT help anymore than a normal sales man. Hector who does paper work was the most genuine in that place and the rest like most mention are in it just for the sale! We went in there in desperate need of a truck and had made intentions of making sure we didn’t get another silver car n if we had to have two payments that it was lower than the Flex we loved n turned in and we walked away with a silver truck and a downsizing to silver escape that has NO VENTS in back seat which we had NO clue of since never test driver it. And my husband has talked to 2 sales men and 2 managers from there and they can care less how UNHAPPY we are!!!
Well I did contact them after asked to call them to make their customers 100% satisfied n it was obviously just for show cuz they did nothing more and helped in NO way!!! Good tactic Future Ford to reply and do NOTHING!

The sales staff is cool in the beginning then they change to the most desperate salesmen that you would ever see you can say no a million times over and that won’t stop them, the cars aren’t worth the money they want for them and the payments are way to high for the trouble you have to go through to get the damn thing just beware before you come here and don’t get your hopes up, I personally will never buy a car here I’ll just return to use the service department.

High pressure sales… I don’t like that.
Recently went shopping for two vehicles — a mid-​sized SUV and a work truck to tow my trailer. I wanted the work truck to be used, and as I told them, I just wanted it to be a motor to tow with since we’d also be buying a newer model SUV, and we didn’t want our two payments breaking our budget. The salesperson listened to me, and then proceeded to try to sell me on a new extended cab V8. I tried to explain to him that I was just looking for a solid used work truck because I didn’t want two high car payments each month. He then did the obligatory «Let me talk to my manager…»
He went into the back for about twenty minutes, and returned with the floor manager who sat me down on one of their sleek new sofas and gave me one helluva condescending sales pitch. Since the work truck is to tow my new food trailer, he proceeded to give me a tale of how he used to be in the restaurant industry, and asked me if I went into a restaurant and saw a dirty bathroom, what would I think about the kitchen. Well… being that I’ve been in the restaurant industry for more than a decade, I’d assume the janitor need to do a better job. Wait, was he referring to my potential work truck as a bathroom? The point he was TRYING to make is that if people saw me pull up to an event in any work truck that was older than say 2014 and with perfect paint, they’d automatically assume that my food is shit. I was insulted. Still, he pressed on wanting to pull a credit report before he could (would) show me any used F150’s, and I just got the feeling he was either wanting to sell me a new truck or not even waste his time.
For the next two days, the initial salesperson called about three times each day until I finally told him that I had already bought a Toyota Sequoia.
Overall impression — They didn’t listen to what I was looking for, they tried way too hard to sell me what THEY wanted to sell and they wouldn’t even try to come up with any creative solutions (Toyota did, and that’s why I have an SUV that will work well for the family AND tow the trailer… it’s a «clean bathroom»). I really hate high pressure sales tactics, so how they treated me just assured that I will not be returning to their lot the next time I’m looking at purchasing a vehicle. Maybe it was just an isolated instance, but his attempt to try to upsell just came off as insulting and generally unhelpful.

Stopped by this weekend to take a look at the Ford Fiesta, am in the market for a new small car. Waited longer in the lot before anyone came out to help us than any of the other six dealers we visited today. Unfortunately even once a salesman came out he «couldn’t find» the keys to any of the fiestas on the lot. After waiting awhile, he eventually managed to open one up, only to declare the battery on the car was dead, so we could not so much as even take a look at the trunk space. What kind of new car comes with dead batteries? Can’t help but wonder why the salesman wanted to blow us off, when the gentlemen at the Kia dealership right next door approached us as soon as we walked over and instantly offered a test drive. Am I going to go so far as to say that Future Ford lost a sale that day? No, not for sure– but we certainly did not get a fair chance to compare the Fiesta to any other competitive options like the Kia Rio, Chevy Sonic, Nissan Versa or Hyundai Accent — all cars we got to check out that very same day. Just my experience. Maybe it was because it was 104 degrees out that day and the salesmen wanted to stay in the shade?

Can not stress how pleased we are to have bought our 2012 Ford Focus. We were treated with the best sales associate. Thank you Tony Verret. Need a car go see him.

Ripped off again. If I didn’t have to come here for a recall I would never have come back after getting a bait an switch on a brake job. This time they screwed me on a credit I was supposed to have and an oil change that they bait and switched again. This place is slimy. I will never allow them to take another penny from me.

I came in to have a tail light assembly replaced because water was leaking in from a defective seal. This was a warranty covered repair. The part they replaced it with did not match the other tail light.
I was initially told that I’d have to purchase another tail light if I wanted them to match. I didn’t like that solution.
I was eventually put in contact with Sara Fike. She resolved the problem by getting both tail lights covered under the warranty. She really does her job well. I was very impressed with her customer service efforts. Sara is a 5 star employee!

I can not stress how pleased I am to have bought my brand new car from this place!
In the morning I was set in purchasing a vehicle from Lithia Ford and had spent a little over four hours negotiating a «great deal» on Ford Fiesta. I was not satisfied with my prices there so I wanted to look at one more place before I actually took on Lithia’s «great deal».
My dad took me to Ford of Clovis and within 15 minutes of being there we bought the exact same vehicle Lithia was giving us a «great deal» for a truly GREAT DEAL over all! The overall prices was great and the monthly payments were great.
Let me tell you about my experience and compare a little for you incase you plan to do some car shopping.
When we got to Lithia, we weren’t greeted right away. The sale associates, although they were just standing around, were hesitant on who would help us out. The sales associate was snobby, pushy and rude. The building was nice but I’m sure the prices on the car paid for the «nice looks».
As soon as we got to Ford of Clovis, we had four people assist us all at once. Made sure we were taken care and were treated nicely!
Harvey was the main sales associate who helped us and he was super patient and not pushy! We were even told by Harvey we could take time to think about the deal and come back another day!!!
How awesome and considerate is that!!!
Of course we bought from Ford of Clovis!!!
And if you go in too, make sure you ask for Harvey!!!

For some reason, I always torture myself by going here! I guess, since I bought my truck brand new from a Ford dealer I assume the service from a Ford dealer would be great… NOT!!! Slow as heck, they tell you you have something wrong with your vehicle but, since it’s Saturday they don’t have anyone capable of checking it out thoroughly today. (They actually said, «I wouldn’t trust these guys to check it out-​they are working their way up the ladder & don’t know too much»!) Really???
When will I ever learn???

They have tons of people walking around on staff but everyone tells you something different. I arrived at the time of my appointment and was promised over the phone either a rental car or an immediate shuttle to work and waited over an hour for the shuttle to happen. It’s amazing to me that simple things like having enough drivers for the 20 people in the waiting room is so difficult. The prices are ok, but the lack of customer service will not bring me back.

Worse customer service ever! If I could give them a negative number I would!!! I brought my new car in for the first service. I was poorly greated, pointed in a gemeral dirwction and told to wait by Ryan the service rep. 20 minutes passed and no one came to speak to me about what service I would need and what they would be doing, or if I needed a ride. Finally Iasked a differnt service rep qbout my vehicle and stated my displeasure with the lack of customer service. He denied that Ryan could do such a thing but was going to help me. Well that was a joke. Lqck of communication sucks there. I would never trust them to service my car again!!! They suck donkey balls!!!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. A couple of the people there seemed to try to make it right and were nice enough but when it came right down to it the quality of work just wasn’t there.
If you have a minor problem or Ned an oil change it might be ok
But if it doesn’t work out good the first time or its not an easy fix. GOOD LUCK
After 7 months of not being able to get my issue resolved I gave up in frustration!
They not only did not fix the original problem but made things worse
I got them to fix the problems they caused and gave up on the original problem
Some of it is caused by the way warranty work is handled. They just don’t make enough money on waranty work and if its not an easy fix they just keep passing the Buck
