I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are all shady. Bought a BMW here and after a week vehicle would not start. Their warranty is all BS, paid extra and they just give you the run around. I returned vehicle and went to Lithia Ford and bought myself a great car.

I purchased a car back in 2012 and it was the worse experience of my life! I traded in a 2003 Navigator that was in great condition and worth about $ 6500. I got $ 4300 for it and walked off the lot with a 2003 Expedition. I was set up to do a defer payment of $ 2000 but when I got home I noticed that they didn’t annotate that on the contract. No biggie. Few days later I was part of the furlough where the military (national guard) was not paid for a little over a week … Car was repo-​Ed. Long story short, the owner had it repo-​Ed because he felt I was being disrespectful once he bright my kids into the conversation. Until this day, they are demanding $ 7900 from me when I have military paperwork and have contacted them to dispute. Get a lawyer and keep your money. Don’t bother with these low lives.

They showed me the Carfax gave me all the information to make an educated decision unfortunately they did not have the car that I needed but would definitely recommend these guys…

They really worked with me. They were able to work with the lowest payments that worked for me. Throughout the whole thing they were good.
The only thing they need to work on is to be open a bit longer.

I recently purchased a 2005 ford explorer with one hundred thousand miles on it. It was actually in great condition. I myself being a third generation mechanic self diagnosed that a blender actuator had gone bad. One of the main gears that controls it had missing teeth. So instead of just fixing it myself I took it back to the dealer because I had purchased a warranty for it as well. Only to find out it really covers nothing. All it does is cost you to finance an extra 1600.00 in your payment. A simple 60 dollar part needed to be replaced. Instead they broke the blender door to the blender box and now want me to pay for there mistake. A 645.00 mistake at that. The general manager Angel tried to tell me it was wear and tear that caused the blender door to brake. So I have taken picture of what they claim to be «wear and tear» only to find it has been snapped in half and showing no sign of wear and tear at all. I have since had to call the BAR to get them to release the SUV and take it to Future Ford to have the certified tech give me the real diagnosis of what they really did. So far i have an estimate of 2000.00 to fix there mess. More to come.

Buyer beware. Windshield was chipped and airbag light was on. Was promised it would be fixed and to bring it back. When we brought it back the very rude manager said because we didn’t get it in writing they wouldn’t fix it. Definitely stay away from this shady dealership. We are going to sue for being sold an unsafe vehicle.

I live in Los Angeles but I have traveled two times to Clovis (Fresno) to get a good deal on a car. The fist time, 2 years ago I drove around until I found Clovis Auto Mart. I got a good deal, on a great car. Second time I specifically went directly to this place and again got a great deal on a great car. I highly recommend this place. If you are looking for friendly, tender loving care, go to Nordstrom and buy a neck tie. If you are looking for a professional staff and a great car at a great price, go to Clovis Auto Mart.

Well, at least the car wasn’t a lemon! But the gas light was on when I took it and the tire pressure was low and they didn’t fix either one. Also, they harass you with calls! I told them EXACTLY what I could put down and my payment and of course they ignored me. Not happy I went with them, but like I said, at least the car runs. Did find out later that they sold it above KBB. I’ll be better prepared next time I buy a car for sure! Heavy handed tactics, not from the sales staff but from management and financing.

The staff is friendly (2 stars) when you’re browsing and of coarse eager to sell a car as expected. I test drove two cars, a Mini cooper and Toyota Prius. The mini cooper had two warning lights turn on twice during the test drive. The Prius had an awful sound coming from the rear axle from the get go, I immediately turned around and said thats enough for me, thanks for your time. Since I had been browsing at other places for these two types of cars I was very familiar with fair resale value. This dealership had the highest milage and highest price tag on their cars. Wow combined with two bad test drives. NO THANKS! Go elsewhere, I ended up buying a Prius from Carmax for a better price with half the miles.

My family bought a car from Clovis Auto Mart just over a month ago and soon after we noticed the car would shut off when put into reverse. We brought the car to the dealership and of course the problem with the car was not within the parameters of the «extended warranty» we purchased. The advisors we spoke with both in store and over the phone after the car was dropped off had bad attitudes and seemed very unsympathetic for our situation. My advice? Shop elsewhere.

I bought a car from Clovis Auto Mart yesterday, and first off the Manger Toby was awful. He was rude and seemed annoyed that I wanted to buy a car. I looked at several cars and it seemed like all of them were really marked up. I ended up buying a car. However, the gas light was on and I asked if they could fill up the tank, or put something in. Toby refused. He said he saved me $ 1,200 so he didnt need to put any gas in. He made it seem like I was asking the world of him. Not even 24 hours later the car won’t turn on. At all. I call AAA and they test the battery and said it was fine, but he gave me a long list of things that could be wrong. Ugh. So I stopped payment on the car and will be dropping it off tomorrow. BEWARE! Buy cars here at your own risk!
