I placed an order for delivery. The man said it was going to be over an hour. I tried to cancel he goes OH No — we’re just saying that — I’m going to have it there in far less time. I said«Are you sure because I don’t want to wait that long for food.» he assured me it would be there in about 45 minutes. I should have listened to my gut. I was about an hour and a half before I got my food. And while it arrived hot.(which is why it has the 2 stars) and my son enjoyed his calzone. My pizza was gross. The buffalo pizza was nasty. The chicken was not crispy it was soggy and not very buffalo flavored at all. The half that was just plain cheese was bitter tasting and the sauce had a burnt after taste. I doubt we will be getting from them again.

My family and I recently moved north from NYC, and we’ve struggled to find anything remotely close to good pizza. We decided to try Veneto’s yesterday, and we were pleasantly surprised. The sauce was too sweet and they piled on the cheese, but it was not bad, on par with a normal NYC slice joint. I’ll keep looking for really great pizza, but this will do in a pinch.

Lunch special ends at 2pm. It was 150. The owner said I couldn’t get the special bc it ends at 2. I had 10 mins left to order. Now I don’t get the 2 liter of pepsi.

It’s not awful, but far from great, i’d say it’s a step below mediocre. I can’t rate their service, this review is based on a meat lovers pizza made fresh and brought back to my hotel room by someone else, so i never dealt with anyone there. The crust was probably my favorite part, it was a little sweet and i feel like it was cooked in a conveyor belt style oven. the sauce was just ok, the cheese was flavorless but plentiful, and the toppings were kinda scarce. it was pepperoni, sausage, ham, and bacon, and i didn’t even there was bacon on it until i ate my 3rd slice. there’s maybe an average of 1 piece of ham per slice, 2 or 3 pieces of sausage, and 2 slices of pepperoni. when i could taste the bacon it was good, but the ham was a little too sweet and the pepperoni and sausage didn’t really stand out at all. This is on par with the pizza you’d get from a good gas station. 2 and a half stars.

This little«hole in the wall» pizza place is awesome. Whenever working around Clifton park I stop in for lunch, you just can’t beat their 2 slices and can of soda for $ 5.50. The pizza is delicious and there’s a great selection to choose from.

this little place is a pizza gem. I have come to look forward to being in clifton park so I can stop in and grab a house slice – large size; tasty, light crust; sweet, dark sauce; a generous drizzle of cheese. it does well at room temp or leftover cold; and when heated, it oozes flavor. a little garlic powder and crushed pepper finishes it perfectly. stop in and be satisfied.

Only giving this shit hole one star because I can’t give it any less. The pizza is flavorless and tastes like cardboard. God forbid you order a slice that’s probably been sitting out all wwek. The place is dirty and the man working there is rude! I went in to order a sub since the pizza was awful and got charged a dollar more then what their menu board said«because they hadn’t updated it yet» which was bullshit since I also waited almost 20 mins for a turkey sub! Never going back and i would NEVER suggest anyone else go there.

I was raised near New York City and have been to Italy many times. Not authentic Italian or New York Style. Good upstate pizza certainly hard to find and this is not it.

Continues to literally be a reliable source of pretty darn good pizza. Plus, $ 10 for ANY large on Tuesday nights. That is just a screaming deal.

Best pizza in CP by far. I love their Chicken Parm pie’s … complete with Ricotta cheese. You get a free 2-litre of soda if you opt to pick up your order. Also a great by-the-slice joint. Only suggestion would be to use a different crust. It;s a bit soft and doesn’t crisp up all that well. Overall … I love and miss this place.

Most definitely my favorite pizza I’ve had so far since my move up to NY. Have only had the slices, so we’ll try a whole pizza next time.

I lived near Venetos for about 3 years. They were always my «go to» pizza place, not only out of convenience, but because they are DELICIOUS! My personal favorite is the Sausage(that’s what she said). They’re always very friendly either on the phone or in person at the tiny pizzaria. Besides amazing pizza(sometimes a little chewy so I usually ask for it Well Done, and extra sauce cause I’m a sauce lover)… The also have really great philly cheesesteak sandwiches, and really good cold«Deli Subs». The Garlic Knots are DYNAMITE!!! They sell out quick too! Super good! The pasta is hit or miss for me. I enjoy the Eggplant Parm most times, but it’s nothing suuuuuper special. They are almost always very quick with delivery. If you go pick up your pizza you get a free 2 liter of soda which is a cool little bonus. They accept CCs which is nice as well since there’s a few places that I’ve run into that don’t.
