Mike Revak Photography prides itself on providing clients with high quality images while retaining the dedication and attention to customer service of a small studio. We specialize in portraits and event photography, and prefer to run appointments and shoots outside of a traditional studio. That being said, our environment provides us with so many unique and interesting locations that help to give your images that extra dose of personality and flair.

In addition, we are currently proud to announce the early stages of our photography education course, which will soon be made available to the public. Through this, we hope to reach out to the community and invite others to bring their cameras along on a educational trip through Philadelphia. Our goal is to have the individuals understanding the basics of photography on a much better level and to finally have the confidence to take the camera off of «Auto» mode every once in a while.

History

Established in 2011.

Mike Revak Photography started out in 2011 as an idea by founder and principal photographer Mike Revak. His goal was to take his passion for the art of photography and utilize that to capture eye-​catching and beautiful images that others could look upon for years to come.

After much thought and research, Mike Revak Photography is ready to branch out and take things to the next level in 2012 and the years to follow with new programs and exciting opportunities.

Business Owner

Mike Revak, a graduate of Temple University’s School of Communication, is the brains behind what is now Mike Revak Photography. After delving into the world of journalism, Mike realized that the ability to capture a single image that could tell a story was an amazing feeling. Building off of this motivation, Mike branched off and began doing freelance work for a number of publications, including Philadelphia RowHome Magazine.

To this day, Mike continues to find new ways to innovate and capture his own passion for the art in every single image he shoots. It is with this passion that he continues to develop Mike Revak Photography in new and exciting ways.
