Awesome repair shop! I highly recommend this place! Low prices and they are super quick which keeps labor cost down! I had a major issue with my car which other shops had quoted me well over $ 400. I got the entire repair done here for under $ 200 and it was done in less than 3 hours!

We had a vehicle inspection done here before we bought the vehicle. And they were AWESOME! I’m so happy this is the shop that we decided to use and we will continue to visit them because they have great customer service and are trustworthy!

Great place and great people, they have gone the distance in fixing the odds things that have happened with my cars. They just don’t do oil changes or breaks, just ask!

Scott’s Econo Lube N Tube is great! They are always great to deal with and offer fair and honest pricing. The jobs we have had them do have been completed on time and they take pride in making sure they do a quality job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest automotive service company.

Do Not Go to Scott’s, terribly rude and will not take ownership for their shoddy work. Had my car in several times for the same problem, said it was fixed, kept charging me for incompetence. Drove away and each time had to bring it back. Took to another mechanic found out they did not hook up all the spark plugs correctly, the wires were dangling down!!! RUDE especially the owner who acts like a bully!!! BEWARE, Don’t know how they ever received 4 and 5 stars unless they are fake!!!

Scott’s wad recommended to me for an dui blowing device. Yes, yes. I made a mistake diving with a .10 BAC. But Scott treated me like the scum of the earth.
The counter people were fine. But after getting verbally bashed by Scott, I witnessed a Scott literally yelling at an old man who just needed an oil change.
I will never recommend this establishment.

I came in to have them change my leaky heater hose on my Mitsubishi Montero and they told me it was the gasket on the coolant crossover tube. Keep in mind I know where the leak was coming from because I crawled under the car and visibly spotted the leak. I was with my kids away from home shopping across the street at the mall or I would have done it myself. After an hour I was given a quote of 800 $! I asked it he was sure it was the crossover tube and he said that is where they pinpointed the leak and the hose looked fine. I said thanks but not thanks and took my keys and left. I filled my coolant with water at the gas station and drove to my parents house and investigated myself. After 2 minutes of looking I see a big split in the heater hose like I suspected. Why is it that it took them an hour to give me a bogus problem when it took me, a moderately experienced home mechanic 2 minutes to spot the real issue? Its because they wanted to charge me $ 800 to change a $ 15 heater hose that takes 15 minutes to do. That is how they do business apparently. If they honestly thought it was the crossover tube leaking, then that may be worse than trying to cheat me because they are not qualified to perform any maintenance on a vehicle. Go somewhere else! If you have to go there question the work order and maybe get a second opinion if it is an off the wall explanation. I have never written a review before but felt I needed to share this and maybe prevent somebody from getting taken advantage of.

Took my car here the first time for a simple oil change. They did a great job getting me in and taking care of the service, the $ 24.99 lifetime windshield wiper deal is fantastic. My problem came a few days later when the car started running VERY sluggishly. It was idling very hard and would almost stall out at lights. Keep in mind this is a car that has been running with no problems at all for almost 15 years. Trying to accelerate was a joke, it would just not go. I took it back in to Scott’s to have the diagnostics checked. They told me the ignition coil had gone out and that I had been running on only two cylinders. Well, that certainly explained the sluggish performance! Had the coil replaced and the car was running good until I noticed the brake light was coming on. Strange, because I’ve NEVER had a problem with the brakes on this car before. I popped the hood myself and found a RAG sitting almost on top of the master cylinder for the brakes, I took the cover off the master cylinder and it was DRY. Not a drop of brake fluid to be found. Luckily I had a bottle of brake fluid at home, so I topped it off and have no problems since. I have a HUGE problem with the fact that all of these things have started cropping up after I took it in for a simple oil change. I’m not accusing them of doing anything shady, but I do find it VERY interesting that these things have started happening after I took it in, not once but TWICE. I’m staying away from now on.

I am very happy with Scott’s. Mainly because they are nice and humor me and let me clamor and bloviate. For that alone they get four stars.
In my opinion they get the extra star because the bathroom is clean.

I got a new used car took it in for oil change and not only did my engine start having a funny knocking noise to it it was over filled by a court. I also had them check my brakes cause the noise makers were squeaking. They checked them for free. Said the pads were great but everything was very dirty. Said they would clean and lube them. Well they still make the squeaking noise. Their web page is what brought me into them. I loved the reference to scott’s dad and his page telling about himself. Scott himself upon meeting I thought was a great guy and the two gentlemen I dealt with at the counter were wonderful friendly and very well informative. With all that said I ‘m not impressed with the work done to my car. I’ll be working on my car myself from now on.

Came in today to get my oil changed. Service was friendly and quick I came after lunch and only had to wait like 15 or 20 mins. They found my air filter was disgusting, happy to replace that at a great price. Didn’t feel like they tried to up sale just told me what they found. I would come back.

This place is fantastic. They are honest people and they are fairly priced. I would recommend Scott’s to anyone. Very happy with the work they did on my Kia.

My passenger headlight bulb burned out. I called for a quote and was surprised how reasonable their services were — $ 30 total for my car. Asked if I should make an appointment since it was saturday. Told to just come in. I made it by at 11am and was done within 20 minutes. Easy breezy! Great experience and would return again. $ 24 oil changes available…

I called ahead of time. Asked about the wait and price. They delivered exactly as promised, plus they were efficient, polite, and their rates are reasonable. This will be my new regular oil change stop.

The same service here costs double at Jiffy Lube — Scott’s is a great deal, the service is very friendly and they don’t try to upsell you on unnecessary services you don’t want or need.
Sometimes you have to wait a little bit to get in when it’s busy, but it is totally worth it.

Came in an hour before they closed but they treated me great, serviced my ac and asked that I come back in in a few days and get rechecked. Awesome customer service.

Timely, fair pricing, great customer service, trustworthy, reliable…& will answer any & all questions. Definitely glad I’ve found a reliable place to take my BMW to.

The owner is an asshole.
I use to come here for years because the staff was so kind, honest and helpful. I trusted the owners and all the employees and they recognized my car and anticipated the type of oil I needed for my oil change when I walked in!
However, my trust in this shop completely changed a few months ago. Unfortunately I made some bad choices and got a DUI last December and was required to get an IID installed in my vehicle. I was told that they did installs and recalibrations at my trusty Econo Lube so I didn’t hesitate with choosing them (Smart Start runs through Econo Lube).
To make a very long story short, I’ll be brief: the owner, Scott, turned into a complete asshole. He treated me very poorly, was extremely rude, and constantly put me off to his «earliest convenience» which often times was HOURS later. Even when his staff (he is the owner) would try to help me, he forced them to do other tasks before assisting me.
I’m not sure what Scott’s problem is, but he treats people with IIDs as if they killed a family member. DO NOT USE SCOTT’S ECONO LUBE FOR IIDs.
Because of his attitude, I will never bring my car to this shop again for any reason…
