Never go here… Where should I start? First of all the spa is very unpleasant, dirty so hot, loud music like its a night club, can never relaxes. Pedicure chairs are so dirty. I felt so scared putting my find in… So got my nails done after 3 days paying $ 70 toe nails cheep off, diamonds fail off. So I called them cause I was upset paying $ 70 3 days later it’s gone. So I go in, at the end the owner old lady says you need to pay again??? What I are you serious? Should of seen her attitude towards me? Omg she was talking shit in her language. Find a better salon. FYI the colors they’ve got are so old,. Horrible service. Because of there bad job, they wanna charge me again

Love love love this place great customer service. Very personable. Clean. Gentle. Takes their time. Fair prices.

Today I went to Gina’s Nails for a pedicure and a fill. Tracy did my pedicure and she did an amazing job. My feet feel and look great.
And Bruce did my nails. He did a fantastic job. He did my nails just how I asked and he took his time and made sure they looked good. I’m very happy with how they treated me. I will definitely go back !!!

So here it goes, I called in ahead and specifically asked for gina to do my nails and was scheduled a week in.
Day of my appointment everything started off well, I was seated quickly and gina began my nails. She has a lady watching over her work, both very very sweet. But after filing my nails and right before having them painted, she handed the work over to the girl that was doing her work interview. When once again I specifically called and wanted a certain person to do my nails. And I was not asked if it’s OK to have the trainee work on my nails, there’s a reason I called ahead and specifically asked for someone.
So this is what I end up with:
–I have air bubbles in my nail polish
— some of the sides and tops of nails weren’t painted so the acrylic shows (she did catch some of them and fixed them)
— The nail polish starts so far from my cuticle it looks like I’ve been wearing them for a while and need a fill.
— the way the acrylic and tips were placed and filed make the nails look pointed up and not natural at all.
* 1 star because I do love the design, the place is clean, nice people,
But needless to say, I’m disappointed. Won’t be coming back. I’ve been debating about getting them removed already because the way the nail bends up feels like every time I touch them they might snap my nail back.

If I could I’d give this place zero stars. Worst experience ever, AVOID THIS PLACE. Just got a mani/​pedi and the guy as part of a wedding party, I don’t know his name but he was older with greying hair and glasses, was horribly rough, pinched and grabbed my legs during the pedicure. I got a French tips as my toe color and he applied it at an angle, I asked if he could straighten it out and he ignored me, instead pinched my toes as he finished.
He unfortunately was also the one I was stuck with to do my manicure. I asked him not to cut my nails, I wanted them left long, but again he ignored me and started roughly filing my nails. I pulled my hands back and he held onto my hand and pulled back roughly to keep filing. I got French tips on my nails, to match my toes, and again he applied the white at different angles. I asked him if he could straighten them out and he again got rough with me and said things under his breath. He left rough edges and white polish in the pink nail area, they look terrible but again I was afraid to say anything to him.
After paying full price to him, I went to the front and talked to Gina, asked her if someone else could please fix the edges of my nails and told her what had happened, she basically told me it’s not her problem and too bad. I have bruises already on my legs and came home and bawled my eyes out. I already took the polish off, I refuse to be seen with that horrible shit on my nails. Thankfully my dress is long for the wedding tomorrow so the bruises on my legs won’t be seen. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Loved the customer service! I have been trying out a bunch of nail shops since the one I used to go to closed an usually hate the atmosphere an how they treat you, but this place was amazing! The prices weren’t bad pretty typical. I like my nails a lot however they are supposed to be matte but they are still very shiny. But I couldn’t complain because they even stayed extra late to finish my pedi.

Terrible. I went in for a certain airbrush design and the whole time the guy kept tryn to convince me to do a diff design. I got so fed up with it I just chose something simple bcuz I just wanted to leave! Within a week my nails where already lifting and half of my thumb nail had fallen off… How do u lose half a fingernail and nt see it or realize it?! Obv they was wayyy to thin.
I def wont b going back.

First time here! Really liked it. I got a pedicure Deluxe which was $ 30 and well worth it. Employees where very nice, took their time and made sure I was very satisfied ! I would recommend (:

Looking for a nail salon that does good or at least decent mani/​pedi. My original place changed owners:(I always drive by and it’s close to my house. My skin is dry so my cuticles grow fast.
I get the mani/​pedi for cleaning up my nails not so much the polish. I finally got free time so I decided to give this place a try. First of all there was an employee smoking a cigarette 5 feet from the entrance GROSS ! I walk in I was greeted with words no smile no positive attitudes from any of the employees. I felt like they were doing me a favor by being open instead of them wanting my business. As I was getting my pedicure I was asked which pedicure I wanted I always choose the cheapest one which I thought ALWAYS includes a quick scrub of the bottom of my feet with the pumice stone OH was I wrong it’s $ 5 more for them to quickly scrub the bottom of your feet. FINE whatever I was already there. Then the man cut my cuticles twice made me bleed he didn’t say sorry or anything! AND didn’t even cut down my cuticles the whole reason why I get pedicures. All I got was $ 25 worth of crappy nail polish that chipped off within 2days (I go to other salons and my nail polish stays on for the 2 weeks!)and cuts on my toes ! Then I’m getting my manicure the man asks me more than once if I want fake nails. If I wanted fake nails I would have asked for it and not told you I wanted a gel manicure! He also didn’t cut down my cuticles! AND to top it off my gel manicure was painted uneven and chipped off within the week. I would have posted pictures but I didn’t want to write a bad review I feel like they need to make a living too but after thinking about it I should have posted pictures. It was a total waste of my time and my money $ 50 and $ 5 tip wasted ! I had to take off all the polish on my toes and fingers after 1 week !

Diana from Ginas nails is the best! She’s done my toes twice now and she’s the reason I’ll be coming back. Very friendly and always happy to have conversation. Made my experience more personable, plus she gives a good massage. Thanks Diana for being awesome!

Conversation which made the time go by so fast and at the end my nails were looking fabulous!!! I will definitely be going back to him. Short wait and great prices!!!

I came in for a mani and was sat at a mans station, he soaked my nails in cold water for about 10 seconds and proceeded with my mani. I get manis for the (cuticle service mostly) I
Don’t care about the color since not permitted at the hospital I for. About one minute later his phone rang and he answered, I later found out it was his car insurance company. They had a phone translator for communication and his iPad on his work station so he could read the cars license plate to the company all while my arms are moved to the side to make room for the iPad. He massaged my right arm and forgot the left which is fine I just wanted me nails to look presentable for the weekend. I mentioned the cuticles to him again once he was off the phone and he said he’d fix them when he polished my nails. After the worst paint application ever I mentioned the cuticles again and instead he decided to clean them with nail polish remover and a brush. Already irritated I left it alone until a two customers around me told
Me to say something because it was just not acceptable to leave a nail salon with what I had. I informed the owner (Gina) and the man ran over to apply oil to my fingers which is a fix for ten minutes. She offered for him to fix it but clearly he has no idea what he’s doing so I asked for someone else to, after the «fix» I realized that I’m better of having them remove the polish and just leave (yes I paid for the service, I wasn’t looking for anything free!). My nails are now bare, and differently shaped and I wish I hadn’t ever stepped foot into the place.

First time getting a pedicure here and it was amazing! Henry did the best job for the basic pedicure it felt like spa treatment. The leg and foot massage plus a hot towel on the legs/​feet afterwards made it so relaxing. Definitely felt spoiled. This will be my regular place going forward. I’m so happy I decided to get it done.

The only person that does a good job here is Gina herself. I have never been satisfied with anyone else. I have been here several times but yesterday was the absolute last time. The polish here chips within hours and they up sell you, even give you things you tell them you do not want so they can charge you more.
I went in yesterday to get a basic pedicure ($ 20), and I was asked several times if I wanted gel, I didn’t. I wanted regular nail polish, and then she asked if I wanted a design ($ 5), which I did. I was happy with my toes and the design until I looked at my feet not even a couple hours later and they were already chipped. I think this is probably so you have to get a gel manicure and spend more so you don’t have chipping. That’s ridiculous, by the way. (If anyone knows of a salon that doesn’t add paint thinner to their nail polish, please let me know! I know it’s rare.)
Now for my manicure: I went in to get an acrylic full set ($ 20). While she was putting the tips on, she told me white tips would look better. I told her no, I wanted them painted, that’s why I picked my paint color and handed it to her, I know what I want! She said no, no, white will look better. Ok, go ahead I guess, I don’t need to get attitude from this lady while I’m just out trying to treat myself. Not only are my nails all uneven and thick, the white looks TERRIBLE. This is not the fricken 90’s, I knew I didn’t want white tips, but I thought this lady knew something I didn’t…turns out she did, because guess what? White tips cost more! Then she starts doing a design and I ask her why and she says it will look nice to match my toes (the design on my toes by the way, did look awesome before it chipped off, but it was done by someone else)…ok. Fine. But guess what? The design wasn’t even the same color and it was again down thing you would see in the 90’s. Weird abstract lines. Nothing like the chevron pattern on my toes. Also, she gave me fiberglass nails instead of acrylic without even asking because, you guess it! It costs more.
I walked out of there spending $ 65 before a tip instead of the $ 45 I meant to which wouldn’t be such a big deal if I were happy with my nails and toes today. I’m going to have to go pay someone to paint over my ugly white tips and more than likely smooth out the crappy job she did. As for my toes, I assume the rest of the paint will chip off within the week. I’m a mom of 2 small children so I don’t get to get out much to treat myself so I guess I’ll just repaint them myself! Thanks for the final straw, Gina’s nails!
I’ve included a picture of one of my nails that’s curves up. It looks like I have some sort of deformity or fungus that makes my nail shaped that way, but believe me, that’s not the natural curve of my nails!

Gina (daughter) is so amazing! She always takes her time and makes great conversation! I keep my nails very simple but I have seen her design work and it is perfect! And the price is very affordable, salon is always clean and is very trendy! My pedicures always come out great and my feet are left so soft! I highly recommend this salon!

I walked in here on a Unilocal suggestion. I was taken in right away. The place is clean, and doesn’t have that strong acrylic oder. They have a really nice TV and sound system
My manicure was fabulous He was very attentive to detail, gave me three coats of gel and the best arms massage I’ve ever had.
For Friday afternoon they were not busy at all but it was quite a rainy stormy day today

Great customer service all together but way overpriced! Just for a simple fill & gel nail polish it came to $ 35, that’s not even including the tip. I’ve never paid more then $ 25 and usually that includes a few designs… Also took two hours to complete my fill and she cut a few of my cuticles (they started bleeding everywhere) so I won’t be returning but like I said the customer service is decent.

Went here for the first time today on a friend’s recommendation and so far I’m impressed. She recommended Gina but she wasn’t there so Van did my nails. I got a previous pink and white set filled which for me is the ultimate test — my sister is the only nail tech I’ve come across that can do them properly. After my last set got mangled resulting in going back twice to get them fixed, I was not feeling very trustful when it came to new nail techs.
Van did a technique where she filed down the majority of the acrylic before putting fresh acrylic on. I like it.
Overall cons:
*one cuticle did get cut enough to bleed and while I know accidents happen, my last visit to the salon resulted in FIVE bleeding cuticles so it’s kind of a pet peeve right now.
*it took two hours for a fill. Little long but she really went all out to do a good job so this is more of a half con.
Overall pros:
*she ACTUALLY CLIPPED THE EXCESS OFF BEFORE FILLING IT. I cannot tell you how damn hard this seems to be able to find in this area and it has annoyed the pants off of me. Score one point for this.
*she pushed my cuticles back. (Ditto to above)
*she shaped them properly
*she was very polite
*my nails look fantastic. Like a fresh set, not a fill
I’ll be back to this place. Extra points as it’s close to where I’m moving.

These Ladies are AWESOME! I have gone to several nail shops in the area and have left utterly disappointed. Some places they would leave my toe nails crooked and my acrylics felt as if they were permanently glued to my skin! So I was hesitant.
After reading a few reviews and looking at pictures of their quality I decided to give it a try! I AM SO HAPPY! This Place is awesome friendly clean staff, clean air, clean place of business and GREAT WORK! My acrylics cam out beautiful and my toes look great! Definetly my new spot!

I just went here yesterday and hours later the nail polish scratched off. They kept burning my skin with the electric filer, and they are the only ones that ever charged me to cut my nails down. Never going back.
