OP Nails and Spa

If i could give it zero stars I would. First of all this is a really nice salon inside, and it almost looks as though they are never busy, that’s why I was so excited about coming in here. I asked if u could get a manicure and she said yes, there were 2 other people there and she was pretty much done with the other Customer. She then gets out a drill to file my nails and I ask her please don’t use the drill because my nails are very thin and I don’t have on fake nails so there is no reason to use the drill. She then slams the drill down and then runs my water for a manicure I notice the water is boiling out of my bowl and I ask her if the water is really hot. She says in a rude tone of voice, oh you don’t like hah water? And I said yes I do but it seems really hot there is steam coming out of it. She then says under her breath you don’t like drill you don’t like hot water you complain too much and I pulled my hands back and picked up my belongings I leaves and she says, just go!. I’m sorry but you have a place of business catering to customers, I am paying YOU for a service so excuse me if I don’t want my skin to burn off whole sitting in what should be a warm bowl of water. She didn’t even look up to acknowledge me as a customer when I came in. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They have high prices 9 $ for a color change and 30 for a gel color change. Take your money ELSEWHERE to a place that will appreciate it and give you the quality service you deserve cause you will NOT find it here, trust me I will NEVER be back !!!

The dude was extremely rude and it only took him 10 min to give me a mani. I was the only customer there. Didn’t understand why he was rushing. Never again will I go here

I’m giving 2 stars baSed on cleanliness, location and convenience of payments.
I used to love this place 10 yrs ago. I moved away, came back this month and figured it would still be as fabulous as I left it. Nope.
The lady did not smile did not small talk and was quite aggressive in handling my hands and nails. She had me soak my HANDS in nail polish remover, odd considering every where else has your shellac removed while wrapped in foil & cotton. Then she drilled off the pieces, rather than delicately removing them with her nails. As you could imagine my hands and fingers are pretty tense at this point. so she continues to aggressively shake my hand straight and tell me to relax um… it’s kind of hard to!
She then goes on to file my natural nails down to nothing and tell me that I need to drink more milk because my nails are weak… not that it’s any of her business but what If was allergic to milk or just hated it?
Lastly, after the shellac was on, she asked me to wash my hands and come back. She put some top coat on and that was it. No lotion, oil a massage– nothing.
I will NOT be coming back here.

Old chairs and equipment, and weak foot rub making the price very expensive. Felt rushed.

i have been to this place 2 times. both times the man who works there is very rude. he doesn’t say hello he doesn’t say thank you. very unprofessional, I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN, AND WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO THAT BUSINESS. he charged me 3.00 to trim my nails during a fill … i was shocked, got up to leave and not one word. they will never get money from me again… terrible customer service

I love this nail salon. I have been going there since I was 15 as well and have had nothing but a good experience all around. The staff is always happy to see me and very kind, prices aren’t bad either.

Op Nails has been taking care of me since I was 15! Friendly staff, very very very clean, and you are never waiting long!

My new favourite nail salon. my nails look great and my feet are so soft.

Expensive, Rude, Reckless, Rushing, No SMILEs or Happy Employees!
Worst was they used a drill on my natural nail to TAKE OFF NAIL POLISH! NAILS HURT for days! And have been weak for several weeks!
