Had to give them an extra star for the huge selection of vegetarian options and the rather unique method of ordering which seems to streamline the process. You pick a bag for your sandwich and then you select from the options. Any upcharges are clearly indicated. Even the small size was plenty filling for me when loaded up with ingredients.

Stopped here for lunch this week. I love the idea that you get to write your own order. I can see all the options, take as much time to think about my order as I want, and I’m sure that there is no miscommunication. My sandwich was delicious. I got the house chips which were delicious. The place was clean, employees were friendly and I’m sure I’ll be heading back soon.

A hearty sandwich made to order with all the choices you can ask for. It is one of my regular lunchtime destinations. The breakfast sandwich is delicious. Don’t let the name fool you, you can eat this sandwich all day. No one will judge you. While I generally get the same thing every time every time I fill out my order on the brown bag I feel like the day is filled with possibilities. I’m in charge damn it! The food comes pretty quickly even on a busy day. The staff here is friendly and seem to enjoy their job. The ingredients are fresher than Subway and they don’t have a creepy pedophile as a spokesman who insist on showing you his fat pants.

Who doesn’t love a good sandwich shop? This place has a great concept! You grab a brown sandwich bag and write the exact ingredients you want. Not only do you get to customize your sandwich, but it also ensures you get exactly what you ordered! The staff here is fun and vibrant. When I left, the employee said, «see you tomorrow». Which I thought was clever and funny. I will be back! Maybe not tomorrow, but I will be back.

Which Wich is always a good stop. Customize your sandwich up front with the bag, pay and relax. They’ve always been nice behind the counter here and the quality is better than other fast food sandwich places. I always go for one of the Italian sandwiches whereas my wife always goes for the classic gyro. You’ll find something good here. Very clean and ample parking.

BBQ pork& slaw was delish. Moist yummy pork & slaw on soft warm bread. I got their house chips with a nice tang of salt & cracked pepper. Fast efficient service in a restaurant with concrete floor urban design. And as other reviewers have said, if you’re a newbie, ask how to order. Someone came out immediately when i didn’t grab a bag and follow the prescribed process right away. Quick turnaround in the sandwich too. Take a chance on a meal here. You’ll be glad you did!

I entered the shop with an Italian sub in mind. As often noted by others the ordering process is unique. As a rookie several people passed me in line while I intensely studied my Italian paper bag and all of the choices on it. The result was very good. It wasn’t over priced and it was made exactly the way I ordered it. I went to the store at peak lunch time and heard several sandwiches called out to the other waiting patrons that I would like to try later.

When receiving an order written on a small brown bag and have to be attentive towards one’s allergy issues while changing gloves and complaining like a wuss is less than acceptable and I thought it should be nothing. Good quality food, yet low quality service.

The sandwich was good quality. I enjoyed it. But as other reviewers have pointed out, it’s too complicated. Fun, but complicated.

I’ve been here a few times, enough to write a review about which wich. The quality of the food is decent, and there are a lot of options. I just wish they’d move away from the lunch meat quality meats.

As others have mentioned, although the ordering at Which Wich is somewhat complicated, the food is really tasty. Experience 1: I gave my husband a takeout order(one of their custom sandwiches with lettuce instead of bread.) Apparently while he was waiting, the sandwich maker loudly expressed, «Who orders this sandwich on lettuce?!» and griped about the difficulty of having to make a lettuce wrap. Experience 2: I stopped by on my own, ordering the same sandwich, and the staff couldn’t be nicer. They wanted to make sure I was familiar with how to unwrap the sandwich and told me to go as crazy as I wanted with the toppings/sauce/etc. They were also spending time with each of the customers, explaining how the ordering process works. If this is your first experience at Which Wich, I’d allow a few extra minutes to study the menu and craft your perfect sandwich without feeling rushed. And, like most restaurants of the sort, the staff attitude will vary from visit to visit, but the food is good. If you’re feeling particularly indulgent, order a shake, too! The Oreo shake is delish!

This place is amazing! You just have to choose a bag from a wall, fill in what you want, give the bag to the cashier, pay for it, and then they make it for you! In addition to making sandwiches, they also make shakes, cookies, kids meals, and wraps. I’m telling you the truth, this place is delicious!

This place is spectacular. One of the best sandwich shops I have ever been to. I strongly encourage that you expand your taste buds and try something new. You won’t be disappointed.

Whichwhich has taken the rarely complicated task of ordering a sandwich(in a shop that offers lots of options) and, through separating their menu from the counter and having customers write their own order on a bag(from which they must choose from 11 bags dedicated to only one meat), virtually assures that most customers will be perplexed. The person at the counter had to leave the register every time a new person arrived and explain the whole process again. The real kicker is that despite a menu with dozens of options, I couldn’t figure out how to get both ham and turkey on a single sandwich(without bacon) using their system. I could however, have gotten ham and dried cranberries, or double ham, or ham and egg… but I didn’t. Because I just wanted ham and turkey in the first place.

Tried it for the first time today and was unimpressed. I did not know the ordering process and had to be explained to write what I wanted on the bag. I found this process very unnatural given the Subway style of ordering that has dominated the market these past 25 years. It was hard for me to conceptualize what I wanted when looking at a bag and not the food items. I found myself wishing there were fewer options. After ordering I was interested in watching the prep process because my curiosity was peeked by this new method of ordering. Admittedly this is the only example I have but the results were not quick and it was not crowded. It is possible that the oven to heat the sandwiches was just slower but all I noticed was it seemed to be at Penn Station speed but not the sinfully good Penn Station taste(as a comparison you can see I like Penn Station though I don’t think it is healthy) I got an Italian grinder and my wife got the turkey club. Mine was not bad but not great. The club was genuinely not good as it was far too salty. I will come back again at lunchtime just because the social engineer in me is interested to see if the ordering process is more efficient in a crowded scenario and I will give a different sandwich a try. As of now I can’t recommend this place over the many other places you could get a quick cheap sandwich.

Late last year national sandwich chain Which Wich? opened a location close to my house, their fourth location in the area. I’ve had their sandwiches a handful of times before, but I was always on the run and never took the time to review. The first thing you’ll see when you walk into any Which Wich? location is the menu board along with their unique ordering system. Customers first select from one of 10 sandwich categories(think turkey, chicken, etc.) and grab a brown paper bag for that category. On each category bag there are a handful of sandwich options(like club and turkey Reuben for turkey) and customers make their selection using a red sharpie marker. From there you can select your cheeses, mustard, mayo, dressings, veggies, and more. The ordering process is a little complex but it is nice as the sandwich options are near limitless. On this visit I ordered the club with turkey, ham, and bacon($ 5.50 for small 7″) and a side of house chips($ 1.25). Most sandwiches are all the same price and can be ordered in three sizes on white or wheat, plus bowlwich(salad) and lettucewich(wrap) option exist too. The club was great, the Dijon mustard had a very nice spice level to it, and the veggies were fresh and crisp. The small was definitely enough for a solid lunch, and I would have to think the large 14″ would be a great option to split with another. There is a location that we visit in northern Kentucky on the way to the lake. Orders can be placed online for any location for a super speedy pickup.

One of the best sub shops I’ve been to. Unique way of ordering minimizes having to wait in line behind people while they select sandwich toppings. Lots of variety and customization options. Highly recommended.
