Wish I could give 0 stars, all they do is lie, they are a perfect example of why salesman and the auto business have such bad reputations, they never call you back they have there cars way over priced, you can never get anyone on the phone. They jerk you around, they false advertise. Horrible please do you self a favor and stay far far away…

2005 Honda Civic purchased in 2014.
Shortly after it was purchased, it was taken back to Siry for repairs. Some belts had to be replaced at no charge. However, what was supposed to be a quick job ended up with us having to leave the car for THREE DAYS! Not long after that, during an oil change at a very well known car repair shop near Broadway & Main, it turns out that the car needs all four motor mounts replaced! It was a wtf moment. What reputable car seller sells a pre-​owned car that needs something as expensive as motor mounts??? Of course, by then, this wasn’t covered so there was no choice but to get the job done. (Over $ 800). The whole thing was a mistake on our part and shady dealings on Siry’s part. The only positive aspect is that there has been no major problems with the Civic since then. (Knock on wood.)
Siry Auto Group is one of those family-​owned businesses that is more interested in making a quick buck than selling quality product with good customer service. I don’t want to go into other specifics for fear of being misinterpreted or stereotyping, but this family brings with it business practices that are simply not kosher here in the U.S. Or at least should NOT be.
Message to owner (s): you want to stay in business, practice good business ethics.

Don’t even think about buying there!
I was given Carfax report which was obviously fake.
We got assessment by another company and we found out that Siry sold us a car with severe frame damage, it didn’t appear on their Carfax report and they didn’t mention as required by law.
This company is a fraud!

How the hell does the wiper get replaced in 11/​30/​2012 and loses mileage. Bahahahahaaha it went from 133,739 to getting new wipers and low miles. 70,370.
And they want $ 7,000

These lying ass swindlers cant wait to rip you off and make up lies and tricks while smiling in your face. This slippery salesman named paul is constantly trying to slip extra fees into the deal and lying to confuse me. This is why car salesman get a bad name.

do not go here! i just got a car priced at $ 9,999 and i am an idiot for rushing out of there! i ended up signed a contract that was now around $ 16,000!!! they charged $ 1,000 for a dumb starguard kill switch which i saw is only about $ 35!!! yea from $ 35 to $ 1,000!!! and an extra $ 600 for a «chip» to see where it is if it gets stolen! freakin ridiculous! con-​artist

First time ever writing a review… only because it needs to be known! Just walked by the car lot and saw what I thought was a fun car to have. LARGE 1 foot numbers wanting $ 16,990. Went in and took a test drive and said I would buy it for cash. First off, hate dealing with used car dealers but when they said they WOULDN’T negotiate a price after advising them Kelly Blue Book value was max. $ 12,500 and asked how much out the door they said they had to tack on additional prices including for wheels and other fees including tax/​lic. and out the door price of $ 23,000. HUH!!! Over $ 7,000 more? Manager was adamant and after asking why they wouldn’t negotiate I got the ol Dealer run around. Did I mention I hate dealing with USED CAR DEALERS. Don’t be sucked in by those low price stickers on the window. Good bye, Adiós, Sayanara SIRY. Buyer’s beware!

Do not buy a car here. These guys are not good. They will charge you money out of the blue and then come up with some bs excuse for it. I bought a 2001 mitsubishi eclipse spyder and they had bought wheels on it that I didn’t want. The list price for the car was at $ 5999 But they charged me for the wheels anyway for a total of $ 7499 and then financed me for over $ 12k. But that wasn’t it. They charged me twice on several months saying I didn’t make my payments when I clearly did. I had to print out all my two years bank statements to go and show them that I had made the payments. Then when it came time to pay off the car they wanted to charge me and extra fee. And its been over two months and I still do not have the title for my car.

Went in there and the dealer did not even acknowledge us. My husband even saw a car he would like, but we chose to get a car somewhere else.
