Joe is so nice and helpful! I bought a car from him and he was so honest and explained everything about the car to me. Usually car salesman are fake and talk to you like your an idiot. Joe was the opposite. He was very patient and kind. He handled all the paper work in a timely matter. My car is everything he said it would be. I’m so happy with it! This is hand’s down the BEST car buying experience ever!

Warning. This place is one of the worst places to buy a car. There cars are very unreliable and they delete there bad Unilocal reviews so they keep more stars. They sold me a car that did not last more then 2 months and had all kinds of issues. They are crooks who don’t check vehicles before they sell them. They deleted Unilocal reviews and they also have people they know and themselves writing there reviews. Please don’t buy anything from them there are plenty or reputable other used dealers. If I could give them 0 stars o would. I hope this review stays up here longer then a few days. They deleted a review where they scammed a guy for 6500 suv and it broke down on freeway and needs a new engine and he only say he could help them with 30% of labor. And guy was buying a 3500 used engine. If you want to do business with someone like this go ahead but I never would again. They deleted the post that was posted 3÷16÷16.

I bought my mom an 11′ mini van in early 2015 and the van is still running great. My mom drives to Baja every weekend to see family and she relies on the van to get back to the U.S.
The van has had three oil changes and a smog test since we bought it. Mendoza sold us a solid car and we’ll get our next van from them.
TIP: ask for a discount and they’ll work with you!

After a long exhausting search I was driving by Mendoza Auto and stopped in to check their cars. I was immediately greeted by Joe M. He didn’t pressure me and let me take my time and browse the inventory. I saw a couple of cars that I liked and came in a couple of days later. They had all the paperwork ready and made my purchase exceptionally efficient. This was a first car for my niece so it had to be safe and reliable! Thanks again guys and sorry for the late review.

After going from dealership to dealership and hearing no from everyone due to my credit, I went to Mendoza’s. I told Jose of my situation and he was willing to work with me on my credit issue. I would highly recommend going to them if you are having issues. They will be able to work with you and help you out in any way you need. DONT TRUST THEM! They’ll get what they can out of you and try to get more even. I am handicapped and on disability and traded in my 93 Mazda miata because it was too small and hard to get in and out of and after alot of searching, I bought an 04 pt cruiser on 11÷14÷15 at Mendoza auto wrecks. The car kept dying on me as I was trying to leave. «It only needs a tuneup». On 11/​21, exactly 1 week later the engine light came on and my mechanic did a diagnostic and compression test and one cylinder had no compression and another was low. out of four cylinders 1 dead. Dead when I bought the car. Immediately I went to the dealer and immediately got the run around from Tim, the owner. At the time of purchase the salesman Jose (BTW, this Jose the salesman is the same «happy customer» on Unilocal reviews who pretends to be a happy with his purchase. They have to write their own reviews to get 5 stars evidently) was in a hurry for me to sign the four page agreement and never mentioned the option to return the car (so called lemon law) and hurried me through «signing, here, here and here.» One of those boxes to sign was my ’”option to cancel contract” if anything was wrong with the car. How am I supposed to sit for an hour and read this when the salesman is pushing the clip board in my face. Tim told me, «you signed». Then he «offered to split it with me. they gave me an «estimate» over the phone of $ 2000 to fix the car one week after I bought it. The car cost me $ 2000(I had to borrow because disability doesn’t give you much). My mechanic who is very reputable said it would be about $ 1000, and that they charged me double after Tim’s «offer to pay half» because I would be paying for the whole repair as Tim’s guy would be doing the work, or they over bid me to get rid of me. They wouldn’t give me the estimate in writing and the guy on the phone was really pushy and tried real hard to get me to bring $ 500 down that morning. I’ve had it. I was cheated. I had no choice but to take it home broken. One week after I bought my pt cruiser it’s broken and I have nowhere to turn as there is no «30 day lemon law», Don’t buy here…

Mendoza auto group is the only place to go for top quality used cars! I’ve never experienced such an awesome team of salesmen. No pressure what so ever! Tim and Jose took all the time I needed to find the perfect car. Very relaxed and extremely knowledgeable and I felt 100% confident that I was getting a great deal on a great car that was mechanically sound and would last for years to come! The medoza group may have cheap cars but the do not last for even 6 mounts the engina block got a hole in it and the made the car junk. They should really go over the cars more carefully before they sell ! The people are nice but not very good car. A car with only 138 000 should have lasted longer so if any one buy a car take it to a mechic you trust to have it check out .be carefull

We came in looking for a good used car and although we didnt find something to drive home, I was very impressed with the dealership and customer service provided by Tim and Jose! They had about 25 – 30 cars priced between $ 2,000-$ 7,000. Tim is extremely knowledgeable about cars and I appreciated his honesty and willingness to help with advice even if we found what we were looking for elsewhere. They are constantly getting new inventory in so be sure to look here first for a quality used car!

Tim and Jose are the best! I came with a budget and ended up finding a great car and amazing deal. I came and met with Jose who showed me two cars I saw an ad for online but he ended up giving me an offer for a newer car for only a few hundred more than my price range, but this was a much better deal then either of the two cars I was originally looking at. I got an out the door price deal and Jose met with me early the next morning upon request and did all the paperwork quickly. I never got my stickers for registration in the mail so I came by and Tim took care of it right away and I got my stickers the NEXT day! Tim will take care of anything that will come up. They told me I get 30 percent off the auto care shop next door which is awesome! This is a great dealership with honest friendly employees. I highly recommend! I’m a very happy customer!

I recently purchased a 99 Acura TL from this business and was a little skeptical because of the risks taken when purchasing a used vehicle with No Warranty. Let me just say I had minor issues and Tim (The Owner) was very supportive. Not only do they have great customer service they also want to make sure the customer is happy and left with no buyers remorse. Since I purchased the car he has called and texted me personally to ask how everything was and assured me that if I ever have any issues that he would be there.
