Shon T.

Business Owner

Our founder, Shon Thurman has over 25 years of criminal and civil investigative experience in both law enforcement and the corporate sector.

Shon is a retired California Police Officer and has also held an investigative position working for the Department of Homeland Security. He has handled cases involving insurance fraud, vehicular homicides, embezzlement, major theft, workers’ compensation fraud and federal law enforcement background investigations. He has also held several high level security clearances.

He completed his polygraph training at Marston Polygraph Academy, an American Polygraph Association (APA) approved polygraph school. Shon has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from San Diego State University in Criminal Justice Administration. He also holds an Advanced California Police Officer Training Certificate (P.O.S.T.) and is a credentialed investigator with the federal government.
