Salsa bar is ah-mazing! I come here for the fish tacos. They are deliciously amazing, I’m never disappointed. The salsa bar has a vast variety of salsas to choose from. My favorite by far is the green salsa and the cucumber/red onion mix. Grounds are kept tidy. Staff consistently are cleaning tables after satisfied customers are on their way out.

A little overpriced, but the shrimp burrito won’t QUIT! The staff is a handful of late-teen boys, who don’t care one way or another if you’re there or not, if you like what you order, or if you ever come back. The restaurant and restrooms are sufficiently clean and maintained. All in all, I have to REALLY be craving that burrito to make the drive and spend the money.

$ 1 Fish Tacos on Wednesdays. Enough said. But seriously, the area is well-kept and service is always great. Best Señor Baja within the Chino-Chino Hills-Pomona tri-city area. Oh and don’t forget to ask for your yellow chilis on the side!

I honestly come in here for their $ 1 fish taco Wednesday’s. They are soooo good. I can only eat a couple and I get stuffed. I am a pretty big guy, so this is hard to believe(lol). Three of them is max that I can eat in one sitting. I honestly don’t know why. Their Horchata is really really good too. It’s not the one that comes out from a fountain like other places. Service is good. Food is always good. Generally, the place is very clean. Their steak quesodilla is really good, but kinda pricey for what you get. Definitely eat here if you haven’t before!

My favorite place for battered fish tacos. Always super hot and crunchy. I really like the red sauce they have in their salsa bar. They also have good tacos and burritos. The prices have gone up the last few years but you can still get deals like $.99 tacos a few days a week. Great place for a fast and tasty lunch.

Solid! There’s nothing quite like effing up your yoga session than grabbing fish tacos right after. No regrets, they were fantastic! Granted it was busy when I stepped in at about 7:30 pm but I didn’t mind. Did you see their salsa bar? I’m impressed especially with several items that I didn’t expect to find like their picked red onions, marinated spicy cucumber, pickled chiles, and what looked like spicy diced mangos. Even their salsa’s were flavored nicely. Though if I could make one remark, I would’ve like the salsa verde to have a bit more kick to it. As for the fish tacos, at a buck a pop, came out crispy and hearty. Not like some whimpy sliver of fish drenched in heavy batter like some other places like to serve them. I was happy to bit into a nice chunk of white fish for once. Portions were enough and two sufficed for me after my workout. Note: To try next time, Tuesday’s potato tacos and their shrimp burrito and/or tacos.

Good fish tacos but didn’t have to be cheap with the chilie guerritos or signs for 1 refill only on soda.

I’ve been coming here for years and have never been disappointed! So reasonably priced and delish, how can you pass up on their food? Some of my favorites include: Fish Tacos(only $ 1 on Wednesdays!!) Carne Asada Tacos Potato Tacos Carne Asada Burrito Fish Burrito The only things I don’t recommend are the taquitos and nachos… aside from that if you love fish tacos, you CANNOT go wrong getting some here.

BASEDONTHEIR99¢ FISHTACOS: The fish was fried to perfection, packed with crispy fish and slivers of cabbage n chopped tomatoes. Clean interior. By the way, apparently not all Señor Baja have the spiced cucumber cubes, tsk tsk. I’ll recommend anyone to come here!

My mother and I came here on ash wednesday(a day when everyone and their mothers would order for their families here). The ordering was fast cuz the lady that took our order, or the«summoner of tacos» was fast, and we chilled eating the cucumber side dish while waiting. Our 8 made-to-order fish tacos came. Here’s the dirty: Grabbing hold of that warm steaming taco in my hand, I could barely wait for my taste buds to taste its moist fishy juices. This naughty piece of meat was too hot to handle and decided to leave remnants of oil droplets on my lips. I squeezed zesty lemon juice over to balance the acidity of this luscious taco and it’s naughty temperature; During the squeeze I noticed that the finely chopped cabbage resembled the symbol of pubes and the taco the muff. Again I bit into it, taking away moist fishy meat(as to what we’re all attune to tasting). This fish did not disappoint, it made me wet in all the right places and I eagerly took another munch into the crunchy fishy taco. As I continued eating these fish tacos, more of its white sauce left traces around my mouth. Obviously, I mouth orgasmed and I had to lap up the white sauce out of eagerness, don’t judge me, you will too when you get a taste of this delicious creamy white sauce. This was obviously a consensual encounter where both parties are feeling satisfied. Though I would like to point out that I hate fluorescent lighting and makes this place look like a brothel or a place where a drug cartel exchange would take place. With that being said, It’s not the best first date place, but good for 4th or 5th date.

I think this is my favorite Mexican/Baja Joint in my area! I think 60% of that is attributed to their almost every deals! I just can’t get enough. It’s definitely not a place for those trying to lose weight… damn you good white sauce! Wednesdays were always my fave because they had a fish taco on another day other than Tuesday! Avoid the competition! They are one of a few places left around here that still does taco tuesday for $ 1! Its way better than Rubio’s and comparable to Pacific Fish Grill’s Taco Tuesday! It’s different, it’s just right! It’s bomb dot com! But my new affair is with their Tostadita Monday! OMG! I cannot sing enough praises to this day! It’s a mini tostada and if you’ve never had one, go hear to try it. And if you’ve had a tostada before, forget what your tastebuds remember and get this! They offer any meat: carnitas, spicy pork, chicken, beef, fish, lengue(ehh…i’m not a fan) and there’s refried beans, lettuce, tomato, their white sauce and fresh avocado! YUM! I’m drooling just thinking about it! Another plus: free yellow chiles and it’s way better than Taco Nazo’s yellow chiles!

Yummy! I’d take Señor Baja over Rubios any day! Better than any fish taco I’ve had in San Diego :) The one on Grand is definitely better than the one on Pipeline and Mission though. the fish here usually tastes more fresh and the batter doesn’t get soggy. They give you a good amount of cabbage and sauce so I’m sure that helps it taste better too :) My only gripe would be the size of the tortilla… the fish just seems to take up all the space on the tiny thing so it’s sometimes hard to hold and eat and you’ll probably end up making a little mess. The tacos always come out piping hot so I usually have to wait a few minutes to let them cool down too. What a tease. These things are addicting, so go on Wednesdays when the fish tacos are $ 1 and save yourself some money!

Usually food places in the area are not usually like this. I mean it still counts as chino… but chino hills is on the otherside of the freeway… oh well. Fish tacos are bomb… they get a bit messy, but its all about the hands on experience. My girl loves the shrimp tostadas they have here, which are pretty good as well. Service is quick so you can get in and get out within 5 – 10 mins if you are getting food to go. Fish tacos?! Give it a shot…

Delicious! We stumbled upon this place after having a terrible experience at a restaurant in the same plaza. The 99 cent fish taco sign got our attention. I’m sooo glad it did! The fish tacos were amazing! Right up there with Rubios! We also got their potato taco… yum!!! Serivce was great. The girl at the counter answered all our questions with a big smile and recommended stuff we should try next time we stopped by. Will definately be stopping by again.

Ordered the fish & the shrimp taco — got them spicy! Also had the shrimp cocktail — YUMMERS!!! You get a lot of shrimp it was worth the $ 9 price. Loved that their salsa bar was interesting — they had a spicy cucumber and picked red onions. I agree with another reviewer(Tiffany) when I tried the spicy cucumber — it reminded me a little of a korean kim-chee when Korea meets Mexico! Olé! Will return for sure!

The fish tacos are… fantastic! The fish is crispy, without being too oily. Their salsa bar has an interesting addition as well. They have a marinated spicy cucumber concoction that resembles a mexican version of kimchi… kinda cool! Salsa is also yum!

Man I have been coming to this place a lot more and more since I found out about there potato taco. I have no idea why i like it so much but it’s simply just that good. Just picture mashed potato in a deep fried taco it just works for me. The fish burrito is huge I was already getting full off it by half way and I can usually finish burrito’s with ease. But at Señor Baja they definitely stuff the burrito with fish from the first bite to the last I had pieces of their crispy fish. There salsa bar is great and offer real tasty salsa.
