The value is very strong here! 1) The food is pretty good 2) It’s quiet with very few kids 3) You get a $ 2 coupon on your receipt every time 4) You can get a souvenir cup and bring it back for $ 0.99 soda 5) You get a punch card so your 10th meal is free 6) You get free chips and salsa Why wouldn’t you go here. I think I go here 3 times a week.

The food is sub par. The atmosphere is bland. The service is OK, although it could be better. The chips and salsa are a plus, the the value only exists if you continuously go and get coupons a souvenir cup and a loyalty punch card. I want the value to exist whether I decide to go once a month or once a year. Also, Brandon, Cory and Josh go here way too much. I feel it is necessary to balance out their obsession with this place with this review. #LetsGoToJerseyMikes #TrySomethingNewPlease

5 reasons we go to B-Fresh on the reeps! 1: The food is good. It’s not street food in ensenada or the BEST mexican food I’ve had, but their ultimo shrimp burrito is in my top 5 of burritos, and it comes out the same way EVERY time. 2. It’s quiet! There aren’t kids running around all over the place, the wait is very short, the employees are very friendly. Ultimately, it’s a great place to go on our lunch break. 3. If you take the survey, you get $ 2 off of any purchase over $ 8. That makes the ultimo shrimp $ 6 plus tax. BEST lunch value around. 4. Refills on the souvenir cup are only $ 0.99! That’s cheaper than any restaurant 32oz soda. 5. There’s a punch card, making every 10th burrito free. BONUSREASONS!!! 6. There is often a «add-on» deal. Right now, you can get pronto nachos, which is a small size of really good nachos. If you add it to an entrée, you can get pronto nachos with carnitas for $ 2 7. FREECHIPS!!! Go to B-Fresh, enjoy your food, and leave a 5-star review. This place deserves way more than the 3-star average they’ve been getting so far.

While I agree that Baja Fresh is a little pricey, you also get what you pay for– good quality food. I love their Chicken Baja Burrito, super fresh and delicious. I really just wanted to leave a «thank you!» to the cashier that helped me out, Rosalie. She was very polite and just made me feel welcome in a way that is difficult to come by in casual dining type places. Most of the time I come across people who want to be anywhere but at work. I appreciate Rosalie’s attentiveness and great customer service. Thanks for being a breath of fresh air.

Always comes out perfect. You do have to have to know what you are ordering. Example: if you don’t like as much beans consider telling them. The food is the best you can get for the amount you spend. It’s as food or better than most expensive chain Mexican restaurants. Just look at their Pico de gallo. As a Latino who has spent all his life in LA and traveled Latin America this is best Pico de gallo I’ve found. It’s tomato is bright red and super fresh. Even the onions look good(I don’t eat onions). And the service is always great. I’ve realized that any negative experience I’ve had here had been solely because I didn’t order the right way.

Ok. Baja fresh is a chain restaurant. It is everywhere. But this one is special because all people who work here are amazing, especially Trisha. Whenever I go with my kids, she greets with smile. It is NOT like«ok. I-am-smiling-just-because-you-are-a-customer-but-I-really-don’t-want-to» smile. It is a REAL smile. Thanks, Trisha and ALL people who work there. You guys are really amazing and always make me want to come back.

Pros: –Amazing fresh salsa(6 to choose from) –Fast, attentive service –Reasonably priced –Huge portions –Free, fresh nachos Cons: –Has a faint but always-there smell of some sort of cleaning product, not very appetizing –No wall outlets(can’t charge your phone) –The cheese is almost never melted in my burrito, which is served lukewarm

This place is horrible. If you like slimy uncooked chicken, runny soup and a taco that looks and tastes like it came from Taco Bell, then this place is for you. The chicken was disgusting. My wife and I didn’t even finish our burritos cause it was dreadful. Even the stale chips were unbearable. STAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACE. GOTOCHIPOTLEACROSSTHESTREET

I’ve never been here before today and I need to say: This place is expensive! I got a large order of Nachos and it was $ 6.04(tax included). That wasn’t too bad. The big shrimp advertised burrito is like $ 8-$ 9. I uploaded the menu and this place is a bit ridiculous in prices! The food took about 10 minutes, but I’m alrght with that. It was good, too(No meat in my nachos, though.) I just can’t really justify spending so much on a burrito when Chipotle is across the street.

I enjoy the burrito ultimo with steak and chicken. This is worst location I’ve ever ate at with Baja Fresh. The burrito has no flavor veggies are not fresh and the meat is dry and tough to chew. Salsa bar is not fresh and watered down. I came here 3 years ago and it was the same. I figured maybe things change but unfortunately not here. Spending $ 10 on lunch and not getting quality is disappointing.

I have never been here before until the other day. I went for a simple menu item, the steak quesadilla. It also came with sour cream and guacamole, with some chips. It was the best steak I have tried in idk how long? Simple amazing !

Although this Baja Fresh is in my community wheelhouse, this was my first visit. My decision to give it a try was the result of a coupon for a free entrée. Upon entering, the restaurant was very clean and organized. There was also pretty good Latin music playing, but it was turned up really loud. My order was taken by a smiling and friendly staff member. I went with the Baja Grill Burrito with grilled steak. It also came with tortilla chips. I have to be honest, I was expecting pre-cooked and less-than tender steak. The wait time for the entrée was reasonable and delivered to me by another friendly staff member. The burrito was hot and slightly grilled on the outside. After my first bite, I was surprised and proven horribly wrong regarding the quality of the steak. It was clearly made to order, grilled perfectly, and very tender. I was not expecting this surprise, but I welcomed it. The only issue was the amount of steak inside. It should have been a little more plentiful, but I was not complaining since it was free. There was also a salsa bar that was well-stocked, clean, and organized. The selection of salsa was good, and the taste was above average. One the staff members took the time to actually point the salsa bar out to me. Based on my first visit, it was clear the manager/owner takes pride in the business which resinates with the staff members. As I indicated earlier, the staff members were very friendly, and that goes a long way in the competitive fast food market. The extra star goes to the staff on this visit!

I feel sorry for whoever owns this branch. I’ve been to many other Baja Fresh restaurants and lunch time is almost always packed. This place is the opposite. No surprise there because the service is horrible, especially from the chubby cashier named Adriana. From the moment I walked in(there were only like 2 other customers in the restaurant) she already had this«I hate you» look on her face, and i don’t even know her! I took a moment trying to decide what to order and she didn’t seem very happy about it. She made a comment in Spanish to the co-worker in red(the manager?) and they both laughed. Rude. I still said ‘thank you’ after I placed my order and there was no response, making me think that this girl must really hate her job. I walk over to the salsa bar and I pointed out that the ladle for one of the salsas is submerged in the liquid. She just gave me the grumpy look again, made no comment and walked over to the bar to replace the salsa. Finally, my food is ready. I was expecting that someone would deliver my tray to my table but she called me over to pick it up at the counter instead, which was perfectly fine, and I still said ‘thank you’ – though again, no response. Then this other guy’s food came and she actually walked over to his table to bring him his food. Huh! I still love Baja Fresh but definitely not coming back to this branch until they have their staff undergo some serious training in customer service!

ONLY plus is that they FINALLY have attentive & friendly staff however cleanliness & food has immensely downgraded. Soggy burrito & ingredients didn’t taste fresh at all! Salsa bar consisted of watered down salsas that have been sitting there for days. Restroom was completely disgusting, covered in filth. I personally have seen a ladies restroom this filthy at a restaurant — a public restroom at a park is cleaner than this.

The only reason I’m giving this place a star is because I had to. I’m not sure if they have new owners or whatever but this place has gone down the s#! t. We wanted something fast for dinner, but good. When we first walked into the place it was like walking inside a sauna! I was sweating as I was putting in our order. We ordered 2 burritos and a drink, that’s all. It took 30 minutes for us to get our food! And we were not alone. We could see that the other customers were also having to wait a long time as well. And the salsa selection was limited, unlike before. I mean their food is good, but to wait 30 minutes is not worth it for a semifast food place. We won’t be coming here for a while!

Make sure to have them put the chips separate rather than in the same paper bag as the burrito

I love Baja Fresh. They have great salsa,(LOVE their pico de gallo) and my favorite salad from any Mexican restaurant. Chicken is always delicious. In addition, their black beans are great. Been going to Baja Fresh since I was a little girl and I will continue to do so. Too bad there’s not one closer to where I live. :(
