Love this pediatrician! ! Always nice and you can tell she loves the little ones. She always puts me at ease when taking my sick little one. Wish I knew about her when my older kids were babies.

I researched pediatricians in the area within my network for Anthem Blue Cross HMO when I was pregnant with my first little girl. Dr. Rai had the best reviews of all doctors I found. I called and asked the staff a few questions but didn’t actually go in to talk to Dr. Rai and «interview» her, although the staff did say it was something we definitely could do. I chose her to be my doctor.
After I gave birth, I first met Dr. Rai at the hospital as she came by to check up on my newborn. I instantly liked her. She was so kind and I just felt comfortable with her. It’s been 19 months now and I love her as my daughter’s pediatrician. Very attentive, and answers all questions. I’ve even called in to ask random questions during office hours and her staff follows up with her for me and returns my calls ASAP.
The staff is great too and wait times are short. I recently went in since my daughter had a fever throughout the night. When we came in, the fever was at 105.4. The nurse and Dr. Rai paid immediate attention to her and acted swiftly and calmly, even though it was very obvious that the temp was concerning. Dr. Rai also waited for the stat lab results to come in until 7:45p and called me as soon as she got them. She truly cares about her patients and it’s obvious. She also doesn’t get short with my daughter even though she cries the entire appointment.
I highly recommend her! She has my mommy stamp of approval.

Dr Rai is AMAZING! I have been bringing my 5 kids here since I first moved to this area about 6 years ago. I found her by chance and thank God I did. She is so caring and spends lots of time with her patients listening to there concerns. I knew I had found the right doctor when she even went out of her way and gave me her cell phone number. When my daughter was 6 months old she was having trouble breathing I took her to chino valley medical center and ER doctor wanted to admit her to Pomona Valley for a respiratory infection and I did not want to my daughter to go there I wanted her to go to San Antonio the doctor told me no and was being an ass about it. I got on the phone with Dr. Rai and she told him she was going to San Antonio and she meet us there when we got there and it was 12 in the morning. Her staff is so good Sarah and Veronica are amazing and her medical assistant Christina is so sweet.

Unilocal does it again! This office was efficient and kind! I made a same day appointment without hassels. Our visit was about an hour long and the doctor was amazing! I will definitely come back with my baby!

This doctor is amazing. I have been taking my son here for the last two years and she is always helpful, friendly and professional. Very easy to talk to and feel comfortable with. Now that I am having a second child I wouldn’t want the next baby to see anyone else.

Simply stated, Dr PEREZ-​PASILIAO is one, if not the best pediatrician the Inland Empire has to offer. She treats every patient with respect and compassion. Many Dr’s after being in the field for several years lose that yearning to treat patients and become stoic (some even robotic or detached from human emotion Lol) but, not this pediatrician. My 5 month old son Joseph is having feeding issues, and she makes it a point to call me to check up on my son, and ask me how he is doing. How many Dr’s do you know that take the time to do this gesture? Slim to none! I was hesitant to write this review, because exposing her for the superior Dr that she is, runs the risk of her getting so many patients it’ll take years to get an appt. All jokes aside, if you are looking for a compassionate Dr, whom genuinely puts the needs of her patients first; she is the perfect Dr for you. And for the cherry on top… Her staff is just as wonderful.

I found Dr. Rai after having a horrible experience with the pediatrician recommended by my OB-​GYN for my (then) newborn daughter. I had to choose one that had privileges at the hospital where I delivered. A couple of visits in, I decided to look for someone closer to my home in Chino Hills, and with more compassion and flexibility. Boy, did I luck out with Dr. Rai. During my scouting, she even came out to meet me even if I dropped by without an appointment. She is so easy to talk to, her staff is very friendly and accommodating, they don’t keep you waiting for long periods of time, they call you back when they say they will, and they squeeze you in even on the same day when your child is sick. While I was traveling outside of the country and needed to consult with her, she communicated with me via email, which was really a huge relief! At one point, because I couldn’t leave work to accompany my husband to take my daughter to see her when she was running a super high temperature, she even took the initiative to call me and let me know her diagnosis and what I need to do. Then she followed up after a day to see if my daughter was responding to the treatment she prescribed. She is truly heaven sent!

Dr. Pasiliao has been my kids’ pediatrician for years now. She is very friendly and always takes the time to speak with the parent and child. She never rushes us. She has gained my kids’ confidence and they never fear going to visit her. They always are also able to squeeze them in the same day when my kids are sick. Very friendly staff.
