Tsai is a very nice Dr. and easy to talk to… The front office girls are also very nice and helpful which i think is very important to a succesful office…

My daughter has never been comfortable with any doctor. She’s always felt intimidated or afraid. However, since I found Doctor Tsai online and made our first visit, he has made doctor visits for my daughter a comfortable experience. He’s very warm and he’s able to talk to the kids in a way that’s convinces them to follow his direction. my husband and I love him and would recommend him to family and friends.

Both my kids have been going to to Dr. Tsai since they were newborns my son is now 10 and my daughter is 7. He is a great doctor, very passionate and considerate. Very knowledgeable and helps you understand what’s going on during your visit and after if you need to follow up with him. His office staff is just as great, very friendly. What I also love is how quick you can get an appointment with him, mostly same day or within the same week. :)

All 3 of my children have been pt.‘s of Dr. Tsai since birth. They are now 6, 5, and 3. I have to say, he really does take his time with my family and always answers any concerns that I have. He is very professional and great with kids. I’m glad my cousin referred him to me because it can be tough finding a Doctor that really cares! Sometimes there is a long wait but I don’t mind waiting for his services.
