By far the best agent I have ever worked with. I was trying to find a home to lease for over 2 months with another agent, and got little to no hits not to mention it was near impossible to get ahold of them. I need to find a home within 2 weeks so I gave Joseph a call. Right off the bat it was a completely different experience. He was very polite and really wanted to help. I gave him the requirements I was looking for and within one day, we had a list of home to check. It took only about 5 days from the day I called him to the day I got the keys to my new place. Now that is some service! Not to mention he still gets in contact with me to make sure everything went well with the move in as well as the house. I definitely had a «5 star» experience with him and would recommend him to anyone I know when it comes to buying, selling, or renting a home.

After spending several weeks unsuccessfully looking for a rental property we hired Joseph who found the perfect place for us within 24 hours. Once we settled on the property Joseph expedited the paperwork to fit with our tight schedule had us move in ready almost a day later.

I have been dealing with Mr. Joseph Liu for several months while looking to purchase an investment property in either West Covina, Chino Hills, Corona or surrounding areas. Every communication exchanged between us has always been professional, extremely helpful, polite, and very informative. Two of his best quality traits, I believe, that make him better than the average real estate agent is his patience and dedication to finding the property you actually want. I have dealt with other real estate agents in the past and they always want to shove down your throat what they want to sell. They have hidden agendas and are looking to make out like a bandit. Further, they never listen to what you want, but show you what they can make the most commission out of it. Hell, I understand why they want to do it, after all this is a business, but at least make me believe it is something that I want to purchase.
Joseph Liu provided me quick and prompt results that I wanted and a few creditable options that were within my budget and areas. When we would meet at any property location or he would drive me to a property, he was ALWAYS on time. When time is money and your time is valuable, it is hard to find real estate agents who are actually punctual. I know when I meet my clients and I tell them a certain time, I will be there at least ten (10) minutes earlier. I love that he was always on time if not earlier and was always energetic and reassuring that we will find the property.
Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to purchase a property from him. It pains me terribly, but I have referred him several friends and family members. In the near future I will certainly call him to finish our transaction. Based on my experience with him and every referral, they have been astonished by his work ethic and desire to make you, the client happy by any means.
