The Aaron Juarez Team – RE/MAX Masters

Would love to put ZERO stars. Aaron was the selling agent of a house my husband and I bought. I don’t even know where to start but, most of all, he is not a man of his word and was a huge headache during and after the transaction. WARNING TO ALL CLIENTS AND AGENTS!
#1– He was incredibly rude and pushy to the appraiser which ended up costing everyone $ 8k because the appraiser priced the house lower than what it should have been. If you are a real estate agent, you know that is not the proper way to act. He was rushing the appraiser because he is super unorganized and waited until the last minute he needed to have this done.
#2– He was caught in several lies. According to the sellers, he didn’t tell them the date they had to be out of the house (he told them the sell closed days after the day) which ended up delaying our move. He would tell us one thing but when I was able to talk to the sellers about the issue– he told them a completely different story. He told our agents hours before we were supposed to pick up the keys to our new house that we couldn’t get them– he knew of the pending issues days before and failed to communicate that to us (or his clients). On our «move-​in» date, he told us the sellers had been packing up since the morning and would be out by late afternoon. I get to the house late afternoon and that was not the case. We had to wait around with our movers until it was dark outside (which ended up costing a lot of money since the movers were paid by the hour). His sellers had/​have no idea that he was telling us one thing and them another. Probably to get them to give him a good review. Aaron told us he would pay for the extra day we had to pay for the rent-​back at our house and, of course, that never happened.
#3– It took him days to actually give us the keys to the house (after several follow ups) — apparently the keys were in the mailbox but he didn’t tell us that (or where the mailbox key was or where the mailboxes were located).
#4– We’ve been in this house for OVER a month and the lockbox is still here along with this very heavy for sale post (which I had to move from the front of the house because it’s against our HOA). We’ve made several attempts to get him to come and get these items with nothing but empty promises. He even told us a date he was going to get the items– Never showed up. Then when pressed said he would get them later that night. The only thing he did was drop off an old garage door opener that didn’t even work (a working one would have been useful when we moved in the house but since he was so unresponsive– we went out and bought a new one) and left everything else. Our agents finally arranged for the heavy for sale post to be picked up as he was obvious he was a waste of time. He told us a second time that he would come by the house and pick up the lockbox– of course, that didnt happen.
It’s like once he gets his money, he disappears no matter if he has unfinished business. Run far far away from this guy. If you’re a Real Estate Agent, do NOT work with him as it will only cause you and your clients headaches! I work in the real estate coaching business and literally know thousands of real estate agents and will be happy to give you a referral for other agents in his area. He is a talker and will say anything to get your business. You will lose money and patience with this guy…

This team is one of hardest working real estate groups in the area. They get the job done. If your looking to buy or sell use them. You won’t regret it !

absolutely 0 STAR!- Causing my family EXTREME hardship for this holiday season! My family and I were looking for a condo, and Aaron was the listing agent. We started the process in June, and just closed on Nov 5^th. It was a shortsale, and in a competitive market. So they asked us to let them be the agents on both ends (dual agency) for a better chance of getting our offers accepted. and that’s what we did. Basically, what it means is– Aaron, the listing agent, and his team gets 2 commissions by using a puppet buyer’s agent representing us.
Communication was good through out the process, Aaron was polite. but quite a few hiccups demonstrating the team’s inability to pay attention to details. I went into the escrow they chose, and they were daring enough to notarize my name as Steven instead of Steve and said «good thing your signature isn’t legible enough to see if there’s an N in it» This was because the purchase agreement had an error on my name in the first place. And although I caught, and pointed that out to the agents, nothing was done until we went into escrow and caught it again. WOW!
With all of that said, here comes the real problem. After wiring the funds to close, my family and I were asked a 2^nd time because of some bogus fees in the amount of $ 2600 or so that popped up after our first wire. It was seller’s delinquent fines. But since it was a shortsale, we communicated with Aaron, and he said that was what we needed to close, and we have his word he will get us back the half of the check RIGHT AFTER we close so put our trust in him, and guess what. Yeah, you guessed right, we still don’t have the check on this day before Thanksgiving.
My parents have been stressing so much that they’ve grown old over this period of time, im starting to worry about their health. We have tried contacting Aaron multiple times, and the very last time, it was left off at «I will pass along their contact so you can go after them for the money» WTF! After that, he just stopped responding.
21 days after we close escrow, my elderly parents (dad is 88, and mom is 71) are still waiting for escrow recorded documents, garage remote control, additional keys, and the CHECK he promised. We’re currently talking to people to take legal actions against this kind of Realtors while expecting this whole holiday season to already be dimmed, and go poorly. This review is to help everyone else there that are using their life saving purchasing a home and fulfilling the American dream. There are a lot of agents out there like this, and I hope you never have to come across one. Thanks for reading, and happy holidays…

I wanted to sell my townhouse and called Aaron. After speaking with him I did an open house the next week-​end and had an offer by Monday. He made the entire process easy and hassle free. I didn’t have to worry about anything and it went so smoothly from beginning until close of escrow. I was very satisfied with my selling price and his suggestions and information was straight forward. If you need a realtor I would definitely recommend Aaron.
