I was so impressed with this nail salon. I went in with a group of 5 girls. We called ahead of time and we were the only people in there and had such a fun time. The staff was so nice and so friendly. They talked to us and we just enjoyed our time there. They were very helpful in helping us pick out colors. I am so happy with the way my fingers and nails turned out for the wedding. They did a great job. I finally found a place that I love and… I’m moving. I guess I’ll have to go back in when I am in state to visit family! I would recomend to anyone!

This place is awesome! It was yesterday, late Sunday afternoon, and I looked up on Unilocal,the closest 5 star nail salon in relation to where I was at the time. It was 5:35 when we walked in and I think everybody probably wanted to go home but they greeted me graciously and gave me an hour and a half long gel mani-​pedi. There was a mixup about the color, but all of that’s been sorted out. One of they’re-colored sample nails had come off, and the person giving me my manicure had the wrong color at first. The mani-​pedi I received yesterday was really good and other than the color mix-​up, it was a great experience! The manicurist, who was older, didn’t say much but did a great job. The pedicurist was nice and chatty and the massage lasted a VERY long time, it was fantastico! Oh and there’s a ton of nail color choices, too.

I had a pedicure and I echo what many have said… this is such a pleasant experience, a quality job and a great price. The staff was so friendly with all customers but also with each other, which says a lot. A comfy, clean environment. Great massage chair and AMAZING leg massages! What a wonderful experience, just what a pedicure should be. It is worth the money and I will make this my regular nail salon!

It was such an amazing experience! I had never had a pedicure before and the massage chair and foot soaker was very nice and comfortable. There were so many adjustment buttons to adjust to your comfort! The room and foot tub was very clean. There was a large selection of nail polish and very nice employees! Will definitely be back!

This is my favorite nail salon in Chico! I have been going here for manicures, pedicures and waxing for 5+ years. The staff is amazing and are happy to get to know their customers and what they like. If it is your first time going here I highly recommend their pedicure as they have amazing (and brand new) spa massage chairs and their basic pedicure includes a 30 min foot/​calf massage every time!!! They don’t just rub a bit of lotion on you and call it a massage. I also love getting their gel manicures as they last a full two weeks. They pay great attention to detail and will do your nails however you like. I’ve nicked my polish several times after leaving and they are always happy to fix it right away if I come back. It’s a family business and they definitely treat their customers like family. If you want a high quality nail salon that will take the time to do it right this is the place!

I love the team at Instant Nails! Han, Lillian, and Gwen are very good at what they do and very friendly too! The place is very clean and was recently remodeled with amazing massage chairs that adjust every way possible. The spa pedicures are phenomenal, as are the leg massages that go with it. In addition to the great pedis, Han does the best eyebrow and lip waxes in town – I’ve never had better! Aliso if you need cooking advice, Han and her husband can help there too (they used to own Grayatip) and are happy to share some recipes.

Love my Disney one! Love the lady who does my pedicure, little design in it. She is really patient, and the first time my nail didn’t turn out very good and she reduce it. So nice of her. Good price and good place to be!!!

So I did give this place another try. My sister told me that their pedicures were to die for and she booked us an appointment and she was right. It is 1 hours of amazing.
I went back again yesterday for pedicure, which was everything I wanted it to be. The half hour foot massage is so good you can’t help but nod off.
I also went in for a facial. It had been awhile since I had one and even though I was my face daily it needed some loving. It was 55 dollars for 1 hour. They have other packages but I figured 1 hour would do me justice. The room was a bit cold but a towel did the trick. I fell asleep some time during it. Woke up thinking I was done but i still had the mask and an amazing arm and scalp massage to do. They use hot rocks on your shoulder and it is like heaven.

Absolutely amazing job! Went in for 3 pedicures & they did such a great job. The massage was incredible! Best massage ever! The massaged each of our legs for 33minutes. I will 1000% be back & recommend it!

Great at foot/​leg massage like 45 mins worth but the actual pedi part was substandard. The paint wasn’t to the edge of the nail, there were lumps in it not very good communication. Just not a welcoming situation. I went there because I was given a gift certificate but I would not actually pay and go back.

Great place to get a pedi. They give you at least a 20 minute massage everytime. My nails always look great leaving Instant nails. They take time, and are very clean, witch is hard to fine.

My go to place to get a pedi. In chico. They take there time (so make sure you have 1 – 2 hrs) and give you on avg. a 30 min foot/​leg massage… which lets be honest is the best part :). They’ve always provided consistent high quality work.

Im surprised there are not more reviews for this place. I dont live in Chico but every time I visit me and all my friends (that live there) go to Instant Nails and get pedicures. They do an awesome job and the leg and foot massage is long, they massage one round with exfoliator then do another good massage with the oil/​lotion. and that is my favorite part so its important to me. It is 30 $ for a pedicure which seems high in my opinion since I can get a good one in San Diego for 18 $ but they do a great job and it is worth it. Check them out…
