I had the best time today at lily today with the most relaxing pedicure. I had the pleasure of working with Olya one of their newer technicians. She was extremely polite sweet and gave the best foot/​leg massage I have had w a pedicure in a long time. Generally people rush thru your pedi cutting the Massage portion short, to turn and burn customers. Lily’s was not like that and I appreciate that. I also appreciate her asking about the water temp as that seems to be a forgot question when it comes to pedis. She made sure it was to my liking as I love the water on the hot side. She also did a great job making my feet soft and look pretty. Paint job was precise. So if you want good leg massage. Perfect water temp. And quality paint job I would make an apt w Olya. Bruce did my nails in there and he also did a really nice job… I enjoy the look as they were thin and natural looking! Very impressed w the service I received from these two at Lily’s!

Started coming here for their Deluxe/​Royal pedicures which were great most of the time. So when I needed a mani before heading home for Christmas this year I said sure why not. My mani «lady» was Lily’s 16 y/​o daughter. Not only is that completely illegal because she had absolutely no certification or schooling but she has had no experience either. I had to cut my own cuticles, let’s not even talk about the massage (my favorite part) but even the paint job was half ass and chipped the next day. I do not blame the girl, she was so sweet and of course I tipped however I do blame her mother/​business owner. Had they simply declined and said «we don’t have time for a mani» I would of enjoyed my amazing spa pedi and return another day but unfortunately they have lost a customer due to desperation. No a wise business choice!

Lily does an astounding job!!! She’s fast, kind and my nails have never looked so amazing!
David did my pedicure, he was very kind, gentle and did a great job too!

I had David do a spa pedicure and gel full set and he did an amazing job! He was friendly and joked around with me! They are always willing to do walk ins and that’s great for me! Busy mom and all! Thanks for the great service! I love my toes and nails!!!

in, and did a perfect job. She took the time to make sure my nails looked just right. She was professional and friendly and even told me about a really great Vietnamese restaurant in town (I’m new to the area). What a great salon, what a great way to start the day. Thank you so much, Diana!

My mom and I went to Lily’s Nails yesterday, and received pedicures. Laura is great! She put in the extra effort to make my feet look and feel great! My mom was very happy with Teddy, he did a great job on her feet too! Lily’s is a clean, comfortable environment… I’ve tried out many nail salons over the years, and haven’t had the experience that I received at Lily’s. There are many places closer to where we live, but none of them compare. They are worth the drive. I will definitely be back to see Laura again. Thank you for the great experience!

So I went to Lilys on a sunday and got my nails done. I paid $ 45 for gel acrylic nails. I decided to go with gel nails because I was told they last longer. I felt it was a little high In price but I was happy with my nails so I didn’t focus on that too much. The next day the tip of my ring finger nail broke off at work. I went to Lilys and told them and they fixed it, no problem. Then a week later my left middle finger nail tip broke off. Now I’m a little annoyed… So I went back to Lilys and asked them to fix another nail and this time Lily the owner said I would have to pay $ 5 to get my nail fixed. Don’t get me wrong I understand that if I broke my nail off I should pay for it but this is the second nail, in the same set. That’s not okay. I also paid the extra $ 10 for gel nails because I was told they last longer. After I said that she then said a guy named Daniel would fix my nail this time (Tommy applied the set, and fixed the first Broken nail tip). So as Daniel is fixing my nail Lily went out of her way to let me know they only have a «twenty four hour guarantee, so next time they will have to charge to fix my nail. «I said «okay thank you». I thought that was uncalled for but I guess she felt the need to inform me. Now I feel the need to inform anyone who is thinking of going here, to just keep on scrolling. To end my business there, Daniel complete messed my nail up. I have stiletto shaped nails, but the one he fixed is round and lopsided. I will upload a picture for your viewing/​judging pleasures. My overall experience was so disappointing, and expensive. Not going back or recommending.

I Give Lilys 5 stars they are amazing! Great staff. They make you feel like family.

Lily’s nails is the salon to go to in Chico! All the staff is very friendly and they will fit you right in. The salon is always clean and the atmosphere is very mellow which is what I like when going to the nail salon to relax. Lily’s work is THE BEST in chico. I am a chico local and have been going to her for years and refuse to go elsewhere. She will do any design any shape any color and let me tell you she has NEVER disappointed. She can do anything and I mean anything to your nails! All the nail techs are very talented and I would recommend them all although Lily herself is the queen over there! Amy gives the most fabulous pedicures, and always paints them so perfect and clean every time! You will melt in your chair, her foot rubs are the best. Hehe! Go visit Lily’s in chico you will be happy you did :)

Ridiculous… Lily is unprofessional, untrustworthy, and just simply full of it. She gave me a manicure that did not last 10 hours. 8 of my nails peeled off that night. And Lily had the audacity to say that OPI fingernail polish doesn’t last on natural nails for 24 hours… come again. I call BS. Even the cheap crap lasts over 24 hours. WORST Manicure I have ever had in my life. I will never go back to this Craphole. And suggest that you don’t either. Highly Disappointed.

So at first I tried to let it go but after a week and a half of having to fill in my eyebrows I can’t anymore. The people here are shady people. At the beginning of the month I came in to get my nails done. I wanted them short and square. My nails grow fast so I wanted them extra short. I told the lady that she slams her tools down and called someone else to do my nails, and I had to wait 15 minutes because I asked for my nails to be short. Then a week and a half ago I went in to get my brows done because I liked how they I did it. She took off too much on one side and she knew she f*ed up because she was done I had to ask for the mirror and she still didn’t want to give it to me. When I called her out she blamed on the fact my eyebrow hairs were too long so she had to cut it on one side. No apology nothing. I am done with this place.

I tried out Lily’s nails for my first time this week and I honestly was pretty impressed! It did take a while for them to start my nails because they were waiting for a few employees to get back to the shop. It was a little annoying since I had called and said I could come at any time and they said to come now so I wish they would have just made me an appointment for another day BUT that was honestly the least of my worries by the time I was done. I received a GREAT fill + gel polish.
Johnny took his time filing down my outgrown acrylics making sure that they wouldn’t be too thick once he filled them. At first I was a little skeptical since it was taking so long but once he started the fill I was like YESSS, worth it! He stayed a little late to finish my nails and even patiently helped me pick a new color when the one I wanted originally ended up being too light and showing my small white leftover tips through the polish. Everything was $ 30 which was not bad and I am totally willing to pay considering he did a fantastic job. I will be back for sure!

I came here on a whim and based on the reviews here, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! Lily did my full set of acrylics and I’ve honestly never been happier with a manicure in my life. Don’t come her expecting a relaxing atmosphere– it has a pretty strong chemical smell and they’re pretty busy. But Lily was so detail oriented but quick at the same time. I brought in a picture and she delivered exactly what I showed her. Actually probably better! The full set was only $ 28, so the price is right too! I will definitely be coming back to see Lily.

Long did my nails he was the best nail artist I have ever had. He was very sweet and funny and spoke very good English, it seemed like all the employees did. The décor is a lot to take it but it is done respectfully and doesn’t smell like a nails salon. Prices are very fair and the work they put in was worth it, Long even gave me suggestions about what kind of acrylic I should get depending on how long I keep my nails. Super happy and I don’t plan on going anywhere else.

I don’t know what good it does to give this place five stars because Unilocal takes it down anyway. Look at the 26 reviews that are at the very bottom of this page. Most of them have five stars and those are not recommended reviews. Something is wrong with this picture. Unilocal you are doing too much.

I’ve gone to this place three times now so they could redeem themselves. Every time I get a gel French manicure, the white yellows within three days. They also take forever. Lily is amazing, and I can tell she does quality work. However, the family members she hires don’t always keep the same standards she has. If you’re looking for a gel French manicure that lasts longer than a week, take your business elsewhere.

I’ve been going to Lily’s for about 16 years and have never been disappointed. I now live in Sacramento and drive the hour and a half to go see her. I’ve tried other salons in Chico and in Sacramento and nothing compares! I have gone in (more than once) to have Lily fix my nails from when the other salons have screwed them up. I LOVE LILY!

I love this place. Have been coming here for years. The service was always decent, although a little inconsistent. Today, I met Laura for the first time. What an amazing attention to detail. My mani pedi was the best I’ve had in ages. Conversation was pleasant and light, allowing me to relax and enjoy my massage, but without that awkward silence. Do yourself a favor and go see Laura. She’ll take great care of you! She’s there Wed — Sat.
I did not get any polish today so I can’t comment on that, but after seeing how attentive she was, I can’t imagine anyone would be disappointed.

Got a pedi and mani with design by Amy. She was excellent. Loved every minute of it. I would have given them all 5 stars but there was an obnoxious guy there. I believe he works there but never saw him doing someone’s nails. Everyone could hear him talk and rag on his co workers and talk back to them in front of all of us. Not a pleasant way to get your nails done. But I will be coming back for sure next time!!!
