Esplanade Express Laundry

I’ve been to a few laundromats and this one is the best! Cleanest. Good price for wash and dry time. Working coin machines. Free wifi! And plenty of seating! They even have an Izze soda machine! Soap center with soap, bleach, softener, and laundry bags available on site.

Overpriced. Very unclean machines. I brought a few loads in to clean recently and discovered (after finished drying) that apparently a crayon of some sort was lodged inside of the dryer. Lost hundreds on dollars worth of clothing, and management was unwilling to provide any response beyond «it’s not our fault what others put in the machines». Totally unfair and I will never visit this location again.

This will be my first and last time I do my laundry here. It’s too pricey for just 1 load and it doesn’t rinse off all the detergents off of my clothes. I know there’s an option for a super cycle which is a quarter more but who tf wants to pay a quarter more for a bad wash smh.

I did laundry at bubbles on mangrove the other day because it had such good reviews and none of the washing machines fit my clothes! I am really impressed with how spacious and clean this place is. The machines are huge, the wifi is great, and I love that they have surveillance so I don’t have to sit here for two hours. I’ll definitely be coming here from now on.

I live in a house that does not have a washer or dryer, and being a full time student as well as employed full time, I rarely have any spare time, let alone time to to laundry.
I dropped my clothes off around 12 and asked for the full «fluff and fold» service. I was expecting a wash, dry, fold, whatever nothing fancy. What I received was seriously such a gift. The gentleman and his wife took such amazing care of my clothes. I came back around 5 (I was stuck in class, I can’t remember the exact time my clothes were done) All of my «hang dry» items were hanging individually on hangers, all of my bras were hanging and delicately taken care of, all my denim was folded, shirts perfectly folded, socks matched. I felt so taken care of, so loved, and my clothes were so clean and dry. When I came, the gentleman helped me carry my clothes to my car, and they were just so happy and nice. It was an amazing experience.
These people are awesome. They went way above and beyond, and I wouldn’t trust a lot of people with my clothes, I wear nicer more expensive items, and my clothes were handled and cleaned with such care. I cannot wait to go back next month and see them again!

Cleanest laundromat I’ve ever seen! There is a TV to watch, free Wi-​Fi, and a reasonably priced energy drink dispenser. Why don’t all laundromats have energy drink machines?! Furthermore there are security cameras, a quarter dispenser that takes $ 1’s, $ 5’s, $ 10’s, and $ 20’s, and plenty of laundry carts. There are three or four sizes of both washers and dryers depending on what you need, and all of the machines look brand new. Great location too. You can walk to Carl’s Jr., Jack in the Box, or AM/​PM to get a snack.
Only downsides are that it is rather small and not open 24 hours. Those aren’t big downsides.
I don’t always use a laundromat, but when I do, I use Esplanade Express Laundry.

Excellent facility. Clean, really clean. Best laundry I’ve been to in Chico. No public restroom so plan ahead if you’re going to be there awhile.
