I highly recommend this towing service!
My truck wouldn’t start so I called and Alex took my call.
I asked him for a jump and he asked me my information, he said they would send someone out in 30 min.
Sure enough someone arrived in 30 min.
The guy was very friendly asking me if I had issues before and that he recommends I get my car checked.
I highly recommend this company and it was not expensive.

My car broke down in Roscoe Village at 10pm. Towing & Roadside really saved me. I saw the favorable reviews and couldn’t be happier that I called them. The truck arrived when I was told it would and they recommended a great mechanic. The driver was extremely friendly and even dropped me off at the train station before taking my car to the mechanic. My car arrived safely and it was affordable. They really saved the day by making a terrible experience just a little bit better.

I needed my car jumped, found these guys and gave them a call. They arrived before the quoted time, which was great. Unfortunately, nothing could be done because my hood was frozen shut. The next morning, they helped get my car to a shop and even followed up to make sure everything was taken care of! I was worried because I know from past experience that tow services can get expensive, but the price was actually very fair. Very nice, thoughtful, and professional. Hopefully, I won’t need this service again, but if I do, I know who to call!

The only towing company available on the snowiest day! They picked me and my car up within 30 mins and took me to the shop! They even made a pit stop at the ATM since they are cash only.

I ran in to get some food and when I came back my car wouldn’t start. Worst part, it was –20 windchill and had my dog in the car. After taking a taxi home (with my dog) I called Alex to pick up my car.
He came to my house, picked up my keys, went and got my car and took it to the shop all within the hour of getting the call. His prices were very reasonable and he was quick. Hoping not to have to need a tow again anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely call him.

Compliments of Chicago potholes, my driver’s side ball joint broke, leaving my tire pointing directly to the left, jammed up in the wheel well. I called and a truck arrived exactly on time, as promised. The driver was really helpful and did everything in his ability to not damage the car any further when lifting and towing my car. I asked him to tow the car to my alley parking spot and he managed to maneuver between a tight alley, dumpsters, and other cars. He spent extra time and effort on the tow and did an excellent job — keep up the good work!

These guys were great. They were courteous about keeping me updated while we were figuring out when/​where my car could be towed from. They were super friendly and made sure that not only was the car safe, but so was I. Very reasonable rates, and they were willing to go above and beyond. I definitely recommend them.
