Went today expecting to buy a new replacement for a broken drain stopper. Adam offered to try to fix it and DID!
He saved me a few bucks and a whole lot of extra work and aggravation.

AMAZING!!! I can’t even begin to tell you how much they went above and beyond to help me find a replacement porcelain sleeve for our shower lever which had been discontinued. Alex is the very best and never quit searching even after I had given up. Months after I had originally visited the shop, I received an email letting me know that they had located the part and I could come ick it up. Truly Unbelievable how they care about their customers. I have never seen anything like it. Thank you again Faucet Shoppe!

I bought a part here and did not end up using it. I asked if I could return it and they said I could do an exchange. When I went in to buy something new (more expensive) they did not allow the exchange. They said that is not how their business works. Well maybe you should make up your mind. I have options. The internet is cheaper anyway. Good luck staying in business.

My story is not unique. The hand dish sprayer on our Grohe faucet was on its last legs, but that was the only thing wrong with it. I walked into Faucet Shoppe, held it up, and said «do you have one of these?» They said Yes without blinking, and I was out of there in 5 minutes or less. I definitely recommend.

… I had a hand dish sprayer that had the trigger break off. $ 650 for a new complete assembly. The top half of the sprayer is separate. Showed it to a local plumbing supply shop and they couldn’t help because the manufacturer’s name wasn’t anywhere on the unit. Sent pics all over the internet. No help. Finally lucked onto Angel C at Chicago Faucet. He said it looked like a Graff. He researched and located the part and sent it to me. A perfect fit! Thanks Chicago Faucet!

We’re in a vintage rehab condo, and three times now over the last 5 years when we’ve needed parts (shower, faucet handle, kitchen sink sprayer) this place delivers! It is not a showroom (whatsoever) but these guys are absolutely knowledgeable, helpful, and competitively priced. Another woman was in looking for something at the same time I was most recently there, and they impressed me because they called the manufacturer while she waited to check on special-​ordering a part. I know lots of folks who swear by this place for good reason. Kudos, Faucet Shoppe

Website states items will ship same day or next day. The mode of shipping I selected was expedited because my family is without water until I receive the rare replacement parts. I spent an afternoon trying to verify my order and get a status update via telephone and couldn’t get a live person on the phone. Waited till the next day and attempted to call again with no luck. I sent an email to customer service and a reply was not made after a few hours. Called them back up and finally after a brief hold, was told that they do not carry most parts that are offered online and my parts are in that category. Having to drop ship directly from the manufacturer at a delayed delivery schedule. Not too happy. Spoke with customer service and told him they need to make sure they announce on their website that most parts are not immediately available. He did not seem to concerned about my dilemma. Since this is pretty much the only company offering these parts, I am stuck continuing the order through a shady online business model.

Adam and his team are smart and helpful, and I appreciate the old school workshop atmosphere (ok, it’s more like my dad’s garage than a workshop). When they admitted that they couldn’t get me the part that I needed (rare, indeed), they set me up with a great contact. It worked out great. Thanks, Adam!

If you’re, say, redoing a kitchen and are looking for a huge display of faucets, NOT your place. They have a few, but it’s not a showroom. There is some cool stuff lying around, (like painted and vintage toilets — they are cooler than you might think), but I don’t recommend heading here unless you’re looking for very limited new faucet selection, or, more notably a part. I have full faith in their ability to provide you with parts. When I was in there, a grand total of maybe 10 minutes, at least 10 plumbers walked in looking for specific replacement pieces.
Bottom line, more of a plumber’s store than a retail shop.

This place totally helped me out! After going to at least five plumbing supply stores for a tricky valve issue, these guys solved it without making me order a costly, time consuming, hard to get part. This is one of those off the beaten path spots where they seem to have whatever you need or at the very least understand the problem. I wish I had gone here to begin with. Thank you!

I needed to purchase a vintage faucet for a theatrical production, but it didn’t matter whether or not it worked. They found one in their scrap pile and sold it to me for $ 4.

I was so overwhelmed by my broken faucet and I could’ve easily spent more than $ 100 instead the gentleman behind the desk replaced the tiny screw and told me how to replace the faucet. Such ethics, and consideration that I will become a Loyal customer

I came in with a challenge I would never have been able to figure out on my own. No hardware store employees had a clue either. This guy came up with a solution right away. He’s like MacGuyver. I love seeing people with specialized knowledge and skills rock it out. Made my day.

Horrible experience with them. They have one price listed on their website and after you make the purchase, they call and inform you the price on the site was wrong.
Emily called me saying I would have to pay the difference if I want what I ordered. As I was telling her that they need to honor the price I paid already she got rude and told me she is going to do a refund and I am no longer welcome to do business with them.
Then I get an email from Amy stating that the product I ordered was no longer available.
Just avoid this place at all costs!

Adam at the Faucet shop rocks my world! I’ve never seen a guy who is so knowledgeable about faucets and general plumbing parts. As a plumber I can say Adam has taken care of me for over 15 years now and I’m glad he’s in business to take care of my needs. This is the LAST place you will need to go for faucet parts! A++

Came in with a small brass part from an older shower. The staff identified the make and model of the unit on sight, and gave two options for fixing the unit with the right parts.
My new go-​to place for plumbing repair parts.

The first and last place for rare faucet parts in Chicago, hands down!
Not the prettiest place in Chicago but they have an awesome selection of parts readily available and no waiting time. The price is not always cheap but at least you know they will have what you need to solve your problem.
Adam (the owner) is an amazing business owner who is passionate about faucets. He can tell you what part you need in 2.6 seconds :) I speak from experience…
Best faucet store in the Midwest IMHO!

This shop has replacement parts of Chicago Faucets, which are high grade faucets. These parts aren’t available at your Home Depot or Lowe’s, and if you ask your plumber for them, you’ll be charged a high price that includes labor. So, for DIY’ ers, this is the place.
The only complaint is that they have chosen FedEx as a means to ship even the smallest parts, which if they used USPS priority mail, would cost substantially less (less than half the price). Also, FedEx takes MUCH longer in our area than USPS Priority mail. So three small parts had a shipping cost that was more than half the price of the parts. Also, it took from the point of order to delivery –over 1 week to get here. In addition, you might have to be around to sign, they just won’t drop it off. There again –if you’re a DIY, who happens to work, this can be a real pain.
My advice is to order multiple parts (so you can have them on hand when the part wears out again) to avoid the excessive shipping fees. And to Chicago Faucet Shoppe –offer the customers a CHOICE in shipping methods that works best for them.

I was looking to replace a sink and toilet. Everyone recommends Community on Lincoln, but I bought there before and felt like a complete dupe. The sales staff acted like I wasn’t worth the trouble.
The Faucet Shoppe, on the other hand, answered all of my questions via e-​mail and were really nice when I went into their retail location. It’s a small, crowded place — most of the customers were plumbers, who knew exactly what they needed. Still, Adam was friendly and explained what I needed to know.
They’re distrubutors for major brands, and were able to get me the stuff I need in a about a week, faster than Community could do it, and at a better price, too.
I probably won’t be buying a ton of new sinks or toilets in my life, but I would definitely go to the Faucet Shoppe again.
