I was very happy with the services they provided! She focused on what I had asked to spend the most time cleaning. Most importantly, they were extremely accommodating and efficient. I’d recommend them over other cleaning services I’ve used in Chicago.

Morfin is a really great company. I have three Airbnb’s in the city and have been looking long and hard for a cleaning company I can trust to take care of the places when I go out of town. The owner came out to look at the places and was so nice and professional. It was very easy to coordinate with them over email and phone. And their prices are really good. I would recommend them to anyone and will be working with them more in the future.

Coordinating with Morfin was very easy, even though our request was fairly last minute. Communication about their services was great, and the two person team they sent did a fantastic job with our home. All surfaces were cleaned, no detail was overlooked, and they paid careful attention to a few areas we’d pointed out beforehand. We’ve had bad luck with other companies before, but will definitely use Morfin again. Highly recommended.

My husband and I chose Morfin based on their Unilocal reviews and are glad we did! We had them clean one of our rental properties as our tenants were moving out. Not only did they do a great job, but their personnel was punctual, respectful & friendly. We were so pleased, we called them back to help clean our own house! We plan on scheduling them regularly to help with our properties.

I moved out of my condo and hired Morfin Cleaning to do a move-​out clean in late July 2015. I chose them based on Unilocal reviews and a deal they had on here. Two workers showed up on-​time and started cleaning immediately. I ran errands while they cleaned so I wasn’t there during the cleaning process. After they were done, they asked if everything looked okay and made sure I was happy. I know they worked hard and the place looked great. I think the price was reasonable and the time frame they gave me for the job was accurate.

I paid $ 265 for a «deep clean» I had extras added for windows, refrigerator, oven, and inside cabinets and exteriors. The cleaners came and didn’t even lift up a small mat I had in front of the kitchen sink– THEY MOPPED AROUND IT! They didn’t take magnets off the refrigerator, yes they cleaned around them– really?!? They didn’t clean mirrors in the bathroom. And they didn’t clean the windows, cabinets and fridge. They left and I realized this and chased after them, when they came back in they wiped one shelf in the fridge, and took out what was in the cupboards and left it all on the floor– I could have done that myself! They used a cleaner that made the shower doors look worse. To top it off, when they made my bed they threw the pillows on there and clearly didn’t arrange them or care in the least. I let the owner know and she refunded me $ 45 for the extras, but I still paid over $ 200 for nothing. I desperately needed the help and now am just out the money. I am so upset as I type this. My husband called the owner to see if the cleaners could come back out and left a message– it has been a couple days and haven’t gotten a response.

Did a great job cleaning my one-​bedroom. Lifted bags and other things lying on the floor and cleaned under it. Also wiped the window sills. Overall a great and thorough job!

Very professional, good job cleaning my two level condo, and quite reasonably priced – they stood by an initial quote that was probably a bit lower than ideal for them. I would certainly recommend Morfin.

So pleased with the cleaning job done by Morfin Cleaning, and by the entire experience, soup to nuts. My regular housekeeper injured herself and wasn’t able to come to our home for a few weeks. I called Morfin and within minutes was able to coordinate two people to come to our home the next day. They brought their own supplies and went over all of the details before cleaning so that I would know what they would clean. They were so accommodating and wanted to help me in any way they could. I will be using them again and am so thankful I found Morfin! Thank you!

Needed a deep clean to move into a new condo. There was literally nothing inside, no furniture, nothing in the drawers and cabinets, and no need to vacuum because we are having the carpet replaced. Walked in and I saw dusts in the vents, drawers that still have dust and stuff in them, not cleaned. Walls that still has smudges and finger prints on them. Very disappointed. The only thing that actually looked like it got clean was the inside of the oven.
Again, we had nothing in the apartment. Nothing in the drawers. Nothing in the Fridge. It should have been a semi easy clean. I now have to clean and DUST more this week while I should be packing and actually getting ready for the move. I picked this company based off the Unilocal reviews. I am very upset.

They were amazing in every way! They did a thorough job, worked quickly, and they showed up on time. They were flexible to book a deep cleaning on labor day weekend on very short notice. Completely pleased and would use again.

These ladies were fantastic! They were able to come in on short notice, did an awesome job and were professional and courteous, I’d use them again for sure.

We recently lost our long term cleaning lady to an illness in her family overseas and found this company. Laura did an excellent job. Was friendly and detailed in her cleaning. I usually don’t like writing reviews unless it is really good or really bad,
in this case I was thrilled with the way the cleaned my house, their dedication in cleanliness and making you happy is amazing. I was extremely happy with the thorough disinfecting of everything from the kitchen cabinets to the bathroom. They paid attention to the details that I would normally agonize over.
I haven’t seen my house this clean in years!
I would definitely recommend MorfinCleannig with my eyes closed!
And I’m happy to say that now I will be their once a month customer :)
