It’s been 2 months since we signed our lease and I still call on Todd for recommendations. Todd went absolutely above and beyond what we were expecting when looking for an apartment to rent. My wife, daughter, and I moved up to Chicago from Virginia and Todd took care of us through the whole transition. Having a child, we were concerned about moving into a good neighborhood. Todd, having children of his own, was extremely knowledgable on which neighborhoods would be a good fit and which would not. He would tell us straight up if he would live there or not.

Frankly, the words «relaxing» and «fun» are hardly words that come to mind when I consider anything to do with real estate. So, when we discussed the possibility of selling our home last fall, we dreaded how overwhelming it would be.

From our very first meeting — despite the fact that they towered at least 18 inches above us – Todd and Joe immediately set us at ease. Todd and Joe took exceptional care of us, from helping us prepare our home for showings, communicating throughout the sale and purchase process and providing pressure-​free input when we requested it.
This dynamic duo truly went way above and beyond with us. We have very busy working lives. Todd and Joe were considerate of our limited time and took great pains to ensure each step of selling our home and buying a new one was as easy for us as possible.
Responsiveness is key, and these men deliver. Whenever we had a question or needed advice, they were there for us. When they couldn’t answer, they let us know when they could talk. Whenever a showing was requested, they made it happen. This is a characteristic that I greatly value and rarely see outside of the business /​professional services world.
Then let’s talk results. From the time our listing went online to the time we moved out of our old home was 30 days. Initial bid to closing day on the new home was 40 days. Enough said.
At the outset, we didn’t know Todd and Joe. Now, we can truly say that we have gained friends. Yes, they successfully guided us though two of the largest financial decisions we’ve ever made. But they went beyond the transaction and really cared for us as people. We are so thankful for them, and delighted to give them a most enthusiastic recommendation.

Todd and Joe were so helpful to my wife and I throughout the entire moving process. He was always available and communicated with us great. And they’re tall, really really tall… if you want a confirmation on ceiling height, this is your team!
Seriously, I had a great experience as they helped us find and purchase our home. Coming from a condo, we weren’t experienced in what to look for in a home, especially in the city. Their help was priceless in helping us make the right decision.
When our purchase got complicated due to a relocation company being involved with the seller, they knew what to do and PUSHED for the best deal and best timing for us.
We’ve gotten great service from them on the purchasing side and have had friends work with them on the sell side of things as well. They will certainly be our go-​to when we look to sell/​buy our next home!

Joe has worked on a number of deals for me. In fact, I used him to buy my first property. He has always been very thoughtful and creative in how he approaches things. That is why I will continue to use him in the future. He has been my realtor for several years now, and there is no way that I would switch to anyone else.

Joe worked with us throughout the process of buying our condo. He was remarkably low key throughout the process, but knew exactly when to interject to keep us on track or when we needed an outside opinion. We saw a ton of stuff, houses and condos, but he was never distracted or seeming tired of the drill. He was careful to show us places that he knew were in our general «zone», so it was all a part of the process. A great experience. I came across Joe sitting in a coffee shop in LP. I over heard his conversation with his client about the rental market. He seemed informed and since I was looking for a place as well I asked for his card. I sent him a quick email with my contact information and what I was looking for and about 30 minutes later he sent me a list of 3 places that meant my needs. Up to that point, I relied on craigslist and locators and it had not gotten me NOTHING. He set up the showings and within a day of meeting him I found my NEW Apartment in LP. It was FAST and easy! That’s what I needed working 12 hour days… I highly recommend him, his is personable, reliable (showed up early) and most importantly he did what he said he would do, found me a place that I love!
