Business Owner

I never imagined I would end up living in a city that actually has four seasons. I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area in California, and I remember having to drive hours away to see any snow. I came to Chicago to start medical school after graduating from Stanford University, and I never turned back. I fell in love with the city by the lake and was impressed by everything that Chicago had to offer. When I finished medical school at the University of Illinois, I felt like this was my new home. Med school sparked my interest in surgery, and the Metropolitan Group Hospitals Residency in General Surgery made it possible for me to complete my training in the Chicagoland area. I enjoy catching up with family back in California, especially with my mother who always supported my endeavors even if it meant being so far away from her. I welcome diversity, and as a member of Precision Surgical Group, I am committed to working within our communities to provide the best surgical care possible.
