My report does not require rocket science backgrounds. It’s straight forward and easy to read… it starts with a summary page or two, followed by the entire report which includes photos and further explanations of certain issues.

History

Established in 2004.

Being a landlord for over 30 years, I was responsible for maintaining and renting the apartments. Having rented a garage space to a home inspector, I learned in detail what a home inspector does. I took the required courses, passed the exam, and for the first year went on inspections with experienced and vintage inspectors. Only then did I put my «shingle» out.

We conform to the State of Illinois Home Inspection Act which details the ten systems that we check and what they might mean to a buyer or seller.
