Grahm Bailey specializes in Real Estate Sales. He is based in Cook County, where he does most of his business, but will travel to the suburbs as well as Northwest Indiana to serve his clients. He is experienced with representing both sellers and buyers. He focuses on the sales of Condos and Single Family Homes, but has also helped his clients with purchases of land, new construction, and parking spaces for investment. He is accustomed to working with investors as well as first time home buyers.

Business Owner

Grahm Bailey was born and raised in Michigan City, Indiana. As the son of a veterinarian and hospital owner, Grahm learned very early in his life the importance of quality customer service and acquired the values of discipline, hard work, and perseverance. During high school, Grahm worked closely with the Recording Academy and spent his summers training with Grammy award winning producers and musicians in Southern California. His relentless pursuit of creativity and knowledge soon led him to Bloomington, Indiana where he continued to pursue music while earning a dual-​degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Indiana University (IU).

Grahm has the knowledge, experience, and resources necessary to serve his clients at the highest level. He is constantly learning and acquiring skills that will benefit his customers. Blending his creative, entrepreneurial, and management backgrounds Grahm is well equipped to represent you in all of your real estate transactions.
