Brian came to our house several months ago to provide a consultation and help us design our window coverings. Several months later, we invited Brian back to finalize the specifications and pricing. The pricing was competitive to other firms (I got quotes from 4 other vendors). We were pleased with the outcome of our purchase. The whole staff is pleasant, patient, and dedicated. I was really impressed with how the installers had everything completed within an hour (I have a ³⁄₂ condo). They even moved furniture around and returned all items to their original place when complete. I would recommend Gotcha Covered to my friends and family and I’ll be a return customer.

We had a most remarkable, favorable experience with Gotcha Covered Chicago. Our experience with Gotcha Covered Chicago was most refreshing compared to some other service providers we experienced. We started our Window Fashion search by reviewing reviews on Angie’s List, Unilocal,and Google Reviews. From what we read, we decided to try Gotcha Covered Chicago. We called Gotcha Covered Chicago and promptly within a few days Brian was out to our condo learning our needs, measuring our windows, and making recommendations. A few days later we were in Gotcha Covered’s showroom looking at actual products, discussing pro’s and con’s of each, and deciding what was best for our desired window (s) application. After we decided what we wanted it was only a matter of weeks until we received the window shades and sheers. Installation of all was excellent, very precise and pleasing. Throughout our whole experience with Gotcha Covered Chicago, all Gotcha Covered personnel (Brian, Gilberto, the installers, and other staff people) were professional, polite, and personable. It was truly a remarkable, refreshing, favorable experience for us. Should we need more window fashions we will definitely call Gotcha Covered Chicago. We found their pricing more-​than competitive ! Everything went very smoothly. Pam came over to advise and measure. I liked her a lot — she helped me make decisions and didn’t rush me. Installation was super fast. The guys were really nice and considerate of our little baby who was sleeping when they arrived. Great experience! Highly recommend. This is so much easier (although will cost more) than trying to measure and pick from the stock at a big box store.

Brian, the owner, came out and quoted the job. I was having venetian blinds installed on 4 large windows. His pricing was very reasonable. The blinds were ordered and arrived within the time frame quoted. Today the installers came to install. They were early (astounding, considering most service providers quote a 2 – 4 hour window). The blinds look great and I will use them again, as well as recommend them to my clients (I sell real estate).

This summer we moved into a new construction home and needed window coverings for all three floors of our home. All told, about 27 windows with varying light, design and privacy needs including four sliding glass doors.
We wanted to work with a local window treatment dealer in our new neighborhood so we booked appointments with Gotcha Covered and Skyline Window Treatments. A third appointment was also booked with 3-​Day Blinds.
From the availability of staff to simply answer the phone to their conveniently-​located and well-​stocked showroom, Gotcha Covered was heads above the others from the start. We knew that we wanted cordless lift treatments for the majority of the windows and Gotcha Covered were able to deliver in every regard with matching products to address our sliding glass doors as well.
Aside from 3-​Day Blinds (who don’t even have a showroom) Gotcha Covered came back with the most-​competitive quote, best service and highest-​quality product to win our business.
The installation was shockingly fast and I LOVE my new treatments, especially the Luminettes on the sliding glass doors in my front living room.

If I could give Gotcha Covered more stars I would! Brian came to my home with lots of samples. Quite frankly, I do not know a thing about blinds but I have 19 windows. Brian worked with my on ever single room in the house. Wood white blinds for some rooms, beautiful cloth blinds for my kitchen to bring out the colors of my cabinets, and the most amazing room darkening blinds for my bedrooms upstairs. I had a budget in my head but did not tell Brian. He came within a few hundred dollars less than my budget, so I was able to go with all of his recommendations. Chris and his assistant (whose name I did not get but wish I had) installed my blinds today and they did an amazing job. Chris also patiently showed me how to work all the different blinds, and left me lots of reading materials about care, cleaning etc., as well as all the warranty information. I even received a phone call from Troy at the office letting me know that the installers were running a little late. Imagine that, customer service! I was working at home, so it did not matter, but it was nice that I received a call. So overall, an excellent experience. Affordable (not the cheapest but the quality is excellent), best customer service and most importantly, my house actually looks kind of amazing.

I absolutely recommend Gotcha Covered — they were so helpful and patient with us while we took forever deciding. Brian’s suggestions were fantastic; he really helps you create your own vision for your house. I love our blinds and shades — they arrived when he said they would and they were able to install them on Saturday so we didn’t have to take off work. Such a great experience — love Gotcha Covered!

Great job and very satisfied customer! Brian stopped by for my design consultation and was timely and professional. He recommended several options and even made some great suggestions I hadn’t thought of. My proposal was sent timely (however got lost in my spam folder, my mistake). Every time I called the office about my order someone always answered the phone and was professional and friendly. Chris installed my blinds and arrived early and finished quickly and cleaned up. He even leveled my blinds since my window openings were not level, and I definitely appreciated that attention to detail. The blinds turned out beautifully! I have several other windows Id like to cover and will definitely have them done by GC. Great job, I would recommend to anyone looking for blinds!

We specifically worked with Gilberto Sanchez. He was very knowledgeable, guided us on every step along the way, made recommendations. He can anticipate potential issues customers may face based on certain fabric /​railing choices and makes sure customers understand all the pros and cons clearly before making an investment.
Gilberto set clear expectations on timing /​what to expect throughout the order /​installation process. He always arrived on time for appointments, started & finished the install on time as well. The whole process was easy & smooth. He treats customers with utmost respect and is very diligent about follow-​up
We also went to ‘The Shade Store’ for comparison and it was a no-​brainier to choose Gotacha Covered. The prices were comparable but where Gotcha Covered stood out was knowledge & service. ‘The Share Store’ offered us minimal guidance and wrapped up the conversation in less than 30 mins.
I highly recommend Gotcha Covered. We will definitely choose them again for future projects.

Gotcha Covered is as good as it gets. Period. Brian, Troy and the rest of the staff clearly take pride in what they do — and what they do is offer top notch window coverings, expertly installed, at excellent and fair prices, with outstanding customer service. Have had a fantastic experience with Gotcha Covered. We bought a brand new house and Brian helped us select various window coverings for family room/​bathrooms/​bedrooms. They were installed quickly and professionally and all look wonderful. Very impressed with their customer service and responsiveness. So happy we chose them to help us out.

I am so happy I have chosen Gotcha Covered over other places. Their customer service is superb, quality of work highly professional and prices reasonable. I purchased skyline panels for my deck windows and french door, and the whole process was fun and easy. Brian, I believe he’s the owner, provided free in-​home consultation where he helped me pick the fabric. A few weeks later (custom built blinds will take a few weeks to be delivered to their store), Chris and his apprentice showed up, took off the old, ugly blinds down, and installed the panels in less than an hour. I am yet to have a visitor who will not take notice of these beauties.
But wait, Gotcha Covered doesn’t stop there! My other windows are covered in beautiful Hunter Douglas blinds, but over time, the condensers have broken and were taped together with scotch tape. Such an eye sore. Brian and Gilberto worked with HD to get free replacement parts AND they came out FOR FREE to replace those for me. I have 7 windows, so this took about an hour.

I’m so happy with our new blinds! Brian was great. He showed us all of our options and got us exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, they were on back order but when they did come in, they got us scheduled for installation quickly. They were here and gone in 45 minutes with almost no noise (good for my sleeping 2 month old daughter!). The blinds were a little pricey, but we did have 10 blinds installed, so I can’t complain.

Brian came out and measured and helped us pick out the perfect blinds for our new kitchen. We didn’t want something overwhelming just something to add to the beauty of our new kitchen and Brian suggested the perfect window coverings. When they were first up we felt something needed to be added and Brian came out and wanted to be sure that we were 100% satisfied and WE ARE!!! I cannot speak highly enough of this company. It is such a pleasure to have installers like Chris and Victor come out and put up our blinds and do it correctly the first time. Perfection of installation is Chris and perfection of window coverings is … GOTCHA COVERED!!! Do not hesitate with this company as they stand 100% behind their products and service. How refreshing to find them on Unilocal and know that what all the customers are saying are TRUE!!! I would highly recommend Gotcha Covered to all of my friends and I look forward to coming to them for any of my future needs for window coverings!!!

They won’t repair old blinds in fact they don’t repair anything on premise so if it’s not under factory warranty and you’re out of luck.

A few weeks ago, the installation of our window treatments were done. Living room, kitchen, master bedroom & two offices. I love my luminettes, pirouettes, drapery panels and sheers. The condo looks so modern and new. Gotcha Covered knew just what to do with our LARGE windows and our views. We really appreciated their suggestions. Customer service couldn’t have been better. The staff is professional and fun. How refreshing. Nice job Gotcha Covered!

Excellent customer service! I’m so happy with my window treatments. I worked with Brian in the store, then Gilberto came to my house and recommended all the perfect solutions I ended up with. He’s fantastic! Brian came to the house to measure and yesterday the installer came and was in and out in about 30 minutes! (5 windows). Great follow up, great selections, great people to work with.

I had recently worked with a designer to purchase window treatments for our home and made some big mistakes. I am SO sorry I did not know about Gotcha Covered earlier!
Brian came out to meet with me in my home and when it became apparent that my idea of what I wanted would not work in our space, we worked together to find an alternative, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I actually have discarded brand new drapery that I had custom made for my living room because it was so wrong for the space. Brian knew right away what I was going for and was very helpful in finding the right product at a price I could afford. I am so grateful!
I only wish they had done the window treatments in my other rooms as well! Next time Gotcha Covered will be our one stop shop for window treatments. From wooden blinds for our upstairs bedrooms to beautiful Nantucket sheer fabric «blind like» coverings for our living room windows, everything turned out great.

It seemed like I searched the world for the right Window Treatment company. I couldn’t wrap my head around why something so simple would be so expensive.
I had my decorator pick fabrics and met with several companies to get quotes. Every company either was extremely expensive or unresponsive. Fortunately, I found gotcha covered and it changed my whole perspective.
Gilberto and Brian were always on time, responsive, and worked to get me the best pricing possible. Delivery and install could not have gone better. These guys are true pros. Don’t make the mistake I did and buy your own fabric, they have an amazing selection and the ones they picked versus the fabric I purchased turned out much better.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for everything guys.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Gotcha Covered. My full experience there was 100% fantastic from the initial phone call through the installation. I didn’t even bother pricing out our shades with other companies because I was so happy with the friendly service I received from the very beginning. If you have any need for shades/​blinds, I would highly recommend Gotcha Covered… don’t bother calling anyone else, you could not possibly get better service or better quality products anywhere else.
