Deseo Events

I had the pleasure of working with Deseo Events for my wedding in June of 2012. We were at first not sure if we wanted to hire a wedding planner or not, but since we live in Las Vegas but were getting married in Chicago, we thought it might be a good idea to look around. As soon as we met Ana Cristina, she offered to help with everything from picking us up at the airport, to actually driving us around to see different venues during our time in Chicago. As soon as we met her, we really felt she was extremely professional but also warm, kind, and had a great sense of style in her weddings. We interviewed a few other planners but none of them compared. Ana Cristina put together a flawless and beautiful wedding not only for me, but for my guests. I had so many people tell me it was the «best wedding» they had ever attended. She went beyond her job duties to make sure everything was done correctly– including meeting with us for hours at a time to discuss details. Also so importantly, I was completely stress-​free on our wedding day because I knew she would have everything taken care of. Her cost for what she does is more than fair– I couldn’t have planned such a great wedding without her. I highly recommend Deseo Events to ANYONE– If I could I’d give her more stars!

As a follow up to my last review, I can’t say enough good things about Ana and her team at Deseo Events. She is so talented, understanding and tough (when she needs to be), she really saved us from a potentially disastrous wedding. We reached out to her for advice after another well-​known Chicago planner dropped us halfway in to the planning process of a multi-​day/​multi-​venue Indian wedding in downtown Chicago. Without any hesitation or even a contract, she started calling vendors, trying to find alternatives to the very expensive options we had been working with. Within a matter of weeks, she had started to undo months of horrible planning with passion and creative ideas. And as I continued to work with her over the next 5 months, she continued to wow me with her ideas and eye for style. She was also very organized and results driven, we got consistent updates and she kept a constant eye on our budget and vendors. She executed a flawless wedding weekend for us and we will forever be grateful to Ana for taking a wedding disaster and turning it in to the wedding of our dreams.
