Novato, CA
This place has broken plaster in the ceiling and stinks from mildew.
Active water leaks from the 4th floor bath into the 3rd floor kitchen.
Third floor walkup and bedroom on fourth floor.
The building manager and owner are dim wits.
Avoid this place!!!
