I have been involved with buildings for nearly 20 yrs and providing in-​depth building inspections, construction consulting and energy and moisture intrusion investigations full time since 2007 and have garnered high praise for my work. Routinely ranked among the top inspectors in the metro area, I know what it takes to get the job done right and have thousands of clients and reports to prove it. Hello Yelpers,

I’ve been in real estate full time since 1999 and performed a couple dozen full blown renovations through 2005 when I then took about a year off to help build my own home. I was born and raised in the near west ‘burbs’ and have called Chicago home minus college and a couple years post grad.

I come from an engineering family which seems to make a lot of sense now – putting complicated pieces of different puzzles together. No one dreams of becoming a home inspector or construction specialist but it seems to fit my persona quite well. I thoroughly enjoy working with people; I love finding out how things work and what makes them better; I’m efficient, not afraid to get dirty, and ultimately want to discover the best path to higher performance for any building.
