Very efficient and professional. I had repairs set up through Geico but this place took care of body work, a paint job, and had my vehicle ready for pickup four days earlier than the date originally quoted. The waiting area is nice and newly renovated and the staff were courteous and professional. I don’t know about the prices because my claim was handled by Geico but I highly recommend this place. There were several luxury vehicles such as BMWs and Land Rovers that were being worked on as well so o imagine this place does good, consistent work.

I hardly ever write reviews but C & W Auto Body did such a phenomenal job; they deserve it. I am from New Jersey and was visiting when I woke up one morning to find the side bumper of my car SMASHED. I have never had any sort of accident in over 10 years and my car was only 7 months old. I had no clue what to do since everything I know and my mechanics/​family are on the East Coast. I called my insurance Gieco on a Friday afternoon. The customer service was great and got me an appointment on Monday at 8:00Am. When I go to C &W Auto Body the staff was professional and ready to help me right away. As soon as I pulled my car in to get inspected in the garage a Gieco inspector was there to write down and access the damage. A mere 5 minutes later I was given my reps information and was led directly inside to get a rent a car from Enterprise. I signed some paperwork, was given the keys and was out within 30 minutes. At around 2:00Pm that day I was called to be told of my damage. They told me my car would be ready in a couple of days. Today (Thursday) I was called around 11Am and told my car was ready. Again, coming into C &W Auto Body was a very professional and easy going experience. I walked in, paid my deductible, signed a few papers and my car was ready to drive off. in under 20 minutes. My car looked brand new (granted my car was only 7 months old before it was hit and run). They washed my car, and even did a thorough cleaning on the inside and took my weather matts and cleaned them as well. VERY professional staff. HIGHLY recommended!

I was referred to this shop by my insurance Geico. They have a set up where you can have the adjuster inspect the vehicle, get the repairs and get a rental from Enterprise all in one stop. I loved doing business here! The staff was not only professional but friendly and made every effort to get me in and out quickly at drop off and pick up. I was pleasantly surprised to find my car washed and vacuumed as well when I picked it up! I hope I don’t get in another accident but if I do I’m going straight to C & W.

For beginning the experience with a front-​end collision, I ended up very pleased. I had an 8am appointment for an estimate, and I was out the door (in a rental) by 8:14am. I received text message updates throughout the repair of my vehicle, and my car was ready a day earlier than estimated. When I arrived to pick it up, all I had to do was collect some paperwork and my keys. The repairs restored my car to looking brand new. The sparkling wash and vacuum of the inside didn’t hurt. The staff were very friendly, and they clearly appreciated my business. I really recommend C&W.

Car was towed to this location after an accident and it was deemed a total loss. I asked the secretary to take out my IPass so I could pick it up later. After about a week, I stopped by to pick up my IPass and the secretary said she doesn’t have it. She said that I never asked her to get it for me too. I guess I must be crazy or they just have poor customer service. I’m going to go with the latter.

I have never been more happy with body work done on my car! C & W not only repaired body damage to my car, but washed AND detailed my car when they were done. I felt like my 2006 Nissan was new. Thank you C & W, I will DEFINITELY be going back if I ever need work done again.

My car was side-​swiped while parked and we chose C&W because it is close to our house and we like our initial interaction with them. After an initial 4 weeks to repair some cosmetic damage to the drivers side and a broken tire rod, the car was returned to us and clearly did not drive correctly. C&W said they returned it to pep boys, who does their alignment and suspension work, and after another weekend without our car, it was once again returned to us. Nothing had been repaired and the car was still not driving correctly. Our insurance company sent a claims person out to inspect the car who informed us that the car had not been safe to drive. We have two small children and had we not argued with C&W after they initially claimed the vehicle was fine, we would have been driving an unsafe car. C&W then took the car back for 2 weeks to repair the suspension and when we finally picked up our car, it still did not seem to drive correctly. We requested C&W give us a guarantee in writing that the car was safe to drive at the end of this 6+ week ordeal with them, which they did from a Ford Dealership. I still do not feel 100% confident it is fixed and I am unsure if I will put my kids in the car again. This place is a nightmare. Any estimate of time or $$ they give you, expect it to double and DO NOT expect to get your car back, fixed. Which is what a repair shop is supposed to do…

Just out that they put after market parts in my brand new car how professional of them. This resulted in an 800 $ additional by the dealer. Not going to give any details of this situation but people don’t go here

I’ve used C&W twice and have been completely satisfied each time. The first time was my wife’s crossover SUV we had the front bumper repaired and painted. They did a great job. The second time was a more extensive repair to the door and rear quarter panel of my SUV and they did an excellent job. It took a little longer than originally quoted; however, the owner of C&W, Rich, he called me personally and explained what happened and offered to make things right. It’s the little things! Use their shop and don’t think twice about it.

I went here last week for an estimate and the staff was friendly. The staff helpful on a Saturday morning, but really did not go out of their way to encourage me to bring my business to their shop. I got the estimate and left. No one further followed up with me and I never heard from them again. They have a private parking lot behind the building so parking is not an issue.

Quick, easy and painless. Professional and courteous staff took care of my car and got it done a full day ahead of their estimate. Car repairs are never fun, but the C&W staff made the process quite bearable.

UPDATE: Enterprise refunded me the money after my reviews posted. Wish it hadn’t been such a pain, but happy with the work C & W did on my Jeep.
OP: This would be a 5 star review if C & W didn’t do business with Enterprise Car Rental services. The body work done was excellent. I cannot speak to the pricing of the work as it was covered by my insurer, Geico. If you’d like to skip the read below, go to the final paragraph.
I brought my vehicle in to C & W Autobody for a scheduled inspection with Geico Express, and through Geico I am covered for $ 30 per day of car rental during my repair. I was directed to the Enterprise employee that was on-​site just to rent to those who needed to leave their vehicles, and I asked him for the rental pricing. I noted that I was absolutely fine taking public transportation if the total cost out of my pocket would be more than my budget would allow. The Enterprise rep Dillon let me know that in total, the rental would cost me just over $ 1 per day of the rental. For what was at that point a 6-​day repair, I agreed. It became 8 days that afternoon when I was called with an updated estimate, but around $ 10 total for the convenience seemed reasonable.
The Enterprise employee then asked me what kind of vehicle I brought in, and I told him a Jeep Patriot. He said he would set me up in a Nissan Rogue since the last Jeep Compass had just been rented out. It was never noted that there would be extensive additional fees, taxes, or that the rental rate would be $ 6.75 daily over the $ 30/​day payment allowed in my policy before those fees. As you may have noted, I asked for the total estimated cost upon return. I ended up being charged $ 131.07.
After speaking with Geico customer service, it was recommended that I contact the Enterprise affiliate and address my concerns. I did, and they told me that they don’t know why Dillon would tell me $ 1/​day, but that «I got a great deal on an SUV.» They refused a refund of the the $ 120 I asked for (I expected to pay around $ 10), so I disputed the charge through Discover. Enterprise responded to Discover saying «The customer arrived at the branch without a prior reservation or any notice.» «With no prior notice the rental branch was able to find and provided a vehicle similar to what the customer had in the shop.» — I had an appointment, and I never requested the same type of vehicle — IT WAS THE ONLY ONE OFFERED. «The customer was contacted twice regarding the vehicle and the customer service and replied that they were completely satisfied.» — First, weird wording, and second, I WAS satisfied until I saw how much you were charging me. «Upon return of the vehicle the customer was asked again about the service and again replied the same.» I DROPPED MY KEYS OFF WITH C & W AND NEVER SPOKE WITH AN ENTERPRISE REP. These are complete fabrications. How can you just lie like that? YOU ARE A BUSINESS. STOP LYING.
I asked for the total amount I would pay upon return, and was told «About $ 1 a day.» I was charged approximately $ 16.38 per day. DO NOT RENT HERE. By the way, the contract I signed does not have a daily rate specified, so don’t tell me that I signed saying I would pay that. Ridiculous.

I had a great and painless experience at C&W! My bumper was damaged and was fixed with in a reasonable time period. The staff was wonderful and friendly. They seemed organized which seems to not be the case at some car shops. It was great to be able to rent a car directly at C & W and they went the extra mile washing and vacuuming my car!!!

I don’t give five stars often. You’ve got to be pretty special for me to give you five stars. Well…
I have the great misfortune of driving an accident magnet. In the 15 years I’ve owned my trusty Ford Ranger it has been hit and seriously damaged on six different occasions. Never an accident that I have caused. On the three most recent occasions, C & W has done the repair work and each occasion has brought greater satisfaction than the time before. Now with a rental car agent on site, the whole process couldn’t have been easier or quicker. Their estimates are substantially more on target than those of any insurance adjuster I’ve dealt with. (The last time the actual repair bill was more than TWICE what the insurance adjuster had estimated.) And each time they have returned to me a truck as good as new.
Side note: I don’t know where Yvonne B. took her car, but the «dive» she refers to has no relationship to the C&W I know. C&W is clean, orderly, and impeccably well run. Sure you were in the same place, Yvonne?

The Customer care was phenomenal, from the day I received the estimate for repair to the completion of the repair. Customer Care, Consideration and Convenience were my experience with the Staff at C&W Auto-​body. The work was done in a timely basis taking consideration of saving me time and inconvenience by allowing me to receive a car rental on site. The staff inspired confidence that my vehicle would be repaired using only authentic parts for my car, not cheap replacements manufactured by another company, The estimate was on target and competitive. If you should have the unfortunate experience of an accident and need body repair for you vehicle don’t hesitate to contact C & W Auto-​body.
«No Worry No Disappointment!!!

I have had two interactions with C&W and unfortunately both were very disappointing. In the first, I had a good amount of body work completed that was to be paid through my insurance company. Not only did C&W perform certain work my insurance would not cover (so I had to pay out of pocket), they took longer than stated to complete the work and when I picked up the car all of the change had been stolen out of my console. In my second experience I tried to get an estimate solely for repairing a bumper over the phone and they refused to give me an estimate without brining in the car. When I tried to explain exactly what was needed the sales person hung up on me. I would not recommend using C&W.

I love C&W Auto Body. They make the getting into an accident experience not so horrific. I got my rent a car there and also, dropped it off there when I picked up my car. I’m a little bit of a baby about my car when it is sick, so I am very particular. The work that they do is stellar.
someone gave me a ride home, I think her name was Maria, and she was so friendly and sweet. I felt a little bad, as it was in the middle of rush hour, but she assured me not to worry.

Supremely courteous and efficient. And did a great job on our brand new Porsche that had gotten rear ended.

I tend to gush when I get excellent service so bear with me. Like most people in need of auto body work, I was in dire straits and in a hurry. The friendly folks at C&W Auto said they could see me the day I called, they spoke with my insurance company on my behalf about a difference between the insurance company’s estimate and theirs, and someone gave me a ride home when I left my car.
Then, they had the car ready earlier than I expected, and offered to pick me up at my house to bring me there. A nice young man named Robert and I chatted the whole way.
Finally, which is really the important thing, they did an excellent job on the repairs. I highly recommend.

I felt uncomfortable with C & W Auto Body doing repairs on my car.
For one thing, it’s a dive. Some dives are fabulous. In fact, some of the best food is served off of a paper plate standing up in a hole-​in-​the-​wall. I like mom-​n-​pops places. Those independent no-​name sort of places. Love them and want to support them. But still, this particular dive was a hard sell.
Next, Herman opened the hood of my car when compiling data for his estimate. At first you’d think this was no big deal. However, I’ve heard from two completely different sources that he wasn’t supposed to do that. The hood of my car was bent and clasped shut. When Herman opened the hood he risked the clasp becoming misaligned and not shutting again. The insurance company said that body shops sometimes open the hood with hopes that it won’t shut again and that car owners will feel obligated to leave it for repairs because it’s no longer safe to drive. Shady shady!
After Herman examined the damage on my car he brought me to the office area where we sat at his desk while he typed everything up. He was perfectly nice while he did this. Unfortunately, the other employees in the office seemed unprofessional. Two of them laughed while watching videos on a computer. Another one messed around at her own desk. Two people came in for help and NONE of the idle employees helped and there was nowhere for them to wait. It seemed as if Herman was a one-​man-​shop and these other people were incapable of doing anything without him.
The last problem I had with C & W Auto Body was that Herman seemed to have some sort of camaraderie with the guy who damaged my car. At the guy’s request, Herman changed his original estimate to include less labor, less bonding agent, less paint, and cheaper parts. After Herman did that I haven’t a clue why I would leave my car with him to repair.
