History

Established in 2011.

We recently opened our Chicago location but have been servicing NYC since 2011.

We had been married for several years, and got into this business after a cancer scare and a difficult pregnancy. We figured: «Who knows what will happen tomorrow? Let’s make an investment and see if it can improve our life today!» So we did what anyone would do with their life savings: we invested in a laundromat. Not surprisingly, we encountered a lot of struggles when we first started out. When we realized that we could help people with their laundry needs when they were dealing with bed bugs, we developed a quality control protocol and strategy to make sure that our product would be the best in the city. We have since diversified what we offer our clients, focusing not only on laundry but also on dry-​cleaning, heat treatment, storage, and support. This business is close to our hearts. We take pride and pleasure in supporting our clients through a stressful time.
