Bread Basics is held the first three weeks of the month. Allow us to demystify bread baking by teaching you how four simple ingredients — flour, water, yeast and salt — come together to form a delicious loaf of bread. Add nuts, seeds and other grains to form a healthy hearty alternative. Understand how sourdough starters work and make your own to take home.
Croissant classes are held the last week of the month. Learn how to create layers of yeast dough and butter to form a tender, flaky base for croissants, pain au chocolate, and fruit-filled goodies. Hone your dough rolling skills in this class and apply the technique in other applications.
