History

Established in 2006.

I began my training as a home inspector in 2005 after fifteen years in the carpentry, scenic construction, and general contracting fields. My bachelor’s degree is in Theatre and Literature, but I always liked building things and fixing things more than I enjoyed sitting at a desk.

My interest in communication, public speaking, and writing have served me well as a home inspector. I am able to clearly and effectively communicate technical issues to a non-​technical audience. My inspection report is packed with information, photographs, illustrations, and links for further inquiry on a number of issues and concerns.
