I always feel so welcomed when I walk in and the staff knows me by name. I love my massage therapist, Alicia! I leave there feeling so relaxed and can’t wait to come back for my next appointment. The place is beautiful and very clean! I have brought a few friends and they have joined as well. I love getting the extras with my massage and I love the options they give.

I’ve driven past this place a few times and figured it would be a great little surprise for my sons. The gals at the front were very attentive and quickly got them checked in. My oldest son went with a deep tissue massage and my youngest, I got a facial because of his sensitive skin. Not much to report on the massage, but my oldest seemed happy. The Esthetician was very helpful in matching my son with a cream he needed that would help him with his acne. For how new the establishment was, I was surprised at how smooth everything was. Everyone was quite pleased! Plan to return.

I’ve been having some stress knots in my back and shoulders that I needed to do something about for months. I came in here for a 1hr message and boy what a difference, my back feels just as good if not better than after my chiropractor appts.

Went today for a pre Mothers Day deep tissue massage. The front office staff were very nice and attentive. I got a 80 min deep tissue massage and it was fabulous thanks to Vernon! I used to frequent Red Door Spa and I would say this establishment is just as good if not better and prices are much more reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about getting a facial or massage anywhere but a spa. I was afraid that the ambiance of the spa would be lost… and the quality of the facial would be lack luster. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The place is beautiful inside, and the service was fantastic! I’m now a member, and look forward to many more facials at hand and stone!

I was so excited to see Hand and Stone join the shops at Hancock Village, and from my first experience of walking in to now becoming and«regular» and member there, I have been nothing but thoroughly satisfied. The spa is beautiful and clean and comfortable, the staff is helpful, kind and professional and both massages and facials that I have received have been relaxing, professional and just wonderful. My most recent therapist was Tram and she was fabulous– although my previous therapist(a gentleman) was also wonderful and I’d happily have either of them again. The facial was informative, relaxing and I felt amazing after. I would wholeheartedly recommend this facility and am glad that they are in the neighborhood!
