History

Established in 1987.

Now in its 28^th year, Providence Computers is a complete computer sales and service business that is locally owned and operated. We cater to both the novice computer beginner and the most experienced IT professional. We have knowledgeable and friendly technicians and sales staff who will help our customers decide which is the best computer system for them. Our in-​house service and parts department is known for being fast and reliable.

The name «Providence Computers» is a reflection of the strong Christian ethics that owner Mike Karslake incorporates into both his personal and business life. Mike received his Master’s degree from Regent University.

Providence Computers is a one-​stop shopping experience for the latest state-​of-​the-​art computer equipment, including motherboards, hard drives, memory and graphics cards, power supplies, cases, fans, and a large array of cables and connectors. Business Owner

Mike is originally from Michigan and has a background in sales marketing and entrepreneurship. Mike has a wife and 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren. Mike is a former Deacon in church, choir director, teacher, youth director and Bible study leader. Mike has degrees in Music Education (BA) 1976 at Spring Arbor University, and earned a Masters of Divinity from Regent University (M-​Div) 1990. Favorite pastimes are snow skiing and world traveling from Egypt to China to Thailand to Italy, Tanzania, Turkey, Greece and in between. Love people and drinking coffee.
