Established in 1972.

Bill Nolan and his family have been in building and development in Charlotte for the last 40 years. His grandfather started a lucrative custom home building firm after retiring as a Baptist preacher after 25 years.

Bill’s father expanded on the business going into real estate development. After playing football for University of Tennessee, Bill joined the Army and was in theate during first strike in Bosnia.

Bill started his construction company specializing in roofing. Now, Bill and Nicole run the business together working side by side to ensure that each project is completed timely efficiently and to the utmost satisfaction of each homeowner/​business owner.

Business Owner

Bill attended Country Day from grades 4 – 11 and graduated from Latin in 1991. He then attended 1 post grad year at Kiskie Prep in Pennsylvania, then attended University of Tennessee where he played football. In 1994 he enlisted in the Army. He served 6 ½ years and was part of first strike in Bosnia/​Croatia War.

Upon returning from the service, he became a general contractor. He worked for Hemphill Nolan group, where he assisted in building over 10 subdivision with $Million+ homes. He worked for Conger Builders, a Home-​a-​Rama award winner building over 20 homes.

After finding an affinity for roofing, Bill started Archangel Roofing Construction. The business has grown and expanded to include not only roofing, but insurance claim work, gutter installation and cleaning, pressure washing and interior repair.
