Crown Builders

At the end of 2014, my wife and I were looking install new siding, a new roof and new windows. I pass by Crown Builders on Monroe Rd. twice a day on my way to work, so thought I would give them a call. It was the best decision I made. Their candor, ideas, product offerings and experience made it an easy choice to go with this business. Additionally, their pricing was competitive (better in most cases) with other companies. The other thing to highlight that you never know about until you get into a project is their use of contractors to complete the work. I would say that most contractors who did work on our house have been working with Crown for 10 – 20 years. This is telling in that they treat the people who do work for them with respect. Their project manager assigned to our house worked quickly if there was an issue and was extremely responsive, which is important in the middle of a project as he owned the project as if it was his house getting renovated. You always wonder when you get work done on your house if you’re getting quality products and service at a fair price, and I can say that, without a doubt, we got all three (and more), with Crown. I would say I would use them again, but they work we had done should last for a long time. All I can do is highly recommend them to others as fantastic company and group of people to work with.

Very professional service. Quick install of new roof and very pleased with the finished product. I have recommended them to friends who needed roof help and they are also pleased with their results. Crown Builders is the way to go!

I have used Crown on two separate occasions and each time I was more than pleased with the quality of the product and workmanship. I did a full house window replacement and the windows worked beautifully. The salesperson was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable with their products. Never once tried to «{upsell» or misrepresent what I was receiving. I had a «special» window and at the time could not afford to replace it with the full package. I was talked into a local company coming and doing the large window at a much reduced price. Sure i may have saved $ 100.00 bucks but I got exactly what i paid for. The window was not installed to the standards of Crown and the actual window was not up to the quality of the windows that I had purchased from Crown. Lesson learned. Crown even corrected a mistake on the window not purchased from them at no additional charge to me. I am now living outside of Crowns service area and needing many many windows/​doors and wish that I were closer so that I could trust the company that does the work.
I have referred several friends to Crown and will continue to do so.
