When I went to this urgent care at 10:30 AM on a Thursday, I expected to be seen (given that their hours are 8 – 6 on weekdays). However, the door was locked and the people next door essentially said that the doctor comes in whenever he wants. Having nobody around during open hours is unacceptable and unprofessional. Even if I have an emergency, I will never come to this urgent care again.
