Great place to find used items for kids. There are a few newer items for sale that seem pricey but overall this is a great place!

I have gone to this location a handful of times. I do like the selection of clothes they have to offer, but the customer service is always bad! There have been several times where I have waited in very long lines, and none of the employees acknowledge you.
I even wrote to the store to give them my experience, and was only given a justification on why they weren’t able to have more than one person ring someone up, and how this location has «only» been open for 2 years. This is an absurd excuse for a lack of customer service.
I was even given detailed information on how they run the store, which is why they only have one person ringing up each customer. That’s great, but it would have been nice to know that I wasn’t being ignored, and that they wanted my business. You start to wonder if you’re even in the correct line, and there are only two lines (one for check-​out and one for selling). And they are more attentive to those who are selling, than those who are actually buying.

I give them 2 stars because I’ve bought things here with pretty decent prices. However the lack of customer service makes it feel really unpleasant to even be in there. I try to hurry in and hurry out. The times I have taken in items they don’t really select much because they say they have to much of certain things but never have it in the sizes I’m looking for. They really don’t give a lot either for items they buy. I was doing it because I have a growing baby and I thought I could buy here and re sale when I needed bigger sizes but truth is they won’t even take back stuff they sold to you to begin with. I don’t think this company really works to convenience you more like they just care about making money.

Worst experience ever!!! Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. If I could give a zero star I would. They are sneaky thieves and will steal from you. That is not how you run a business. ***Do not bring items in for trade***or you will walk away with little too nothing and they will also take items from you. They will low ball you on buying your items, take your donated items and turn around and sell them! It does not make sense to me when they claim they will only buy gently used clothes, while how come they are many Old and very Used clothes on the rack? Hmm… We are not dumb!

Went to the store today for the first time to sell some baby stuffs. I brought alot of gently used baby items and got some money from it. They didnt take all the stuffs that I brought. Only selected items that they think they needed. You can get cash or you get more if you choose store credit. I ended up use the store credit to buy some stuffs for my kids from the stuffs that I sold.
They have veriety of baby and kids stuffs. Will come back to check their stuffs more often.

Selection of clothing is fairly decent. My only complaint is the customer service. The girls are so preoccupied getting new merchandise on the floor they can’t even stop to say hi to a new customer or make eye contact with you when you’re paying for your goods. It felt like I was an annoyance to them for having to pay. Big pet peeve. I recently went to the one on Ray road and the employees seemed friendly and welcoming. Guess I’ll have to drive the extra couple miles for now on.

This store is awesome. I was visiting from out of state and a friend brought me to this location. I picked up a ton of clothes for my son for only $ 20 some new with tags and some for as cheap as $ 1.00 for pajamas. I purchased several pairs of cotton shorts, 3 pjs, a new 3 piece set, and some shirts most of which were marked down from the original price (like from $ 3 to $ 1.50). The prices here will always be reasonable because there is a constant flow of people bringing in items. I only purchased clothes but wanted to buy much more since they have a nice toy and book section as well as a ton of shoes but my suitcase is too small! Babies outgrow clothes like 30 seconds after you buy them so stores like this make so much more sense than buying everything new or full price.

This is an awesome store. I am part of their book club, receive texts and emails. With all their sales, clearance, and discounts, keeping kids entertained with gently used toys and clothed with gently used clothes is as easy as thawing a frozen pie. I find so many great things for the preschool and my niece! I am there so often the staff knows be name!

This place is awesome! I am opening up a daycare and visit the store several times a week. I find the best items for both my daycare and my grandchildren. Their clearance sales are the best! When I walk out of the store with my arms are always full with awesome buys. I think the staff is great.

Now mind you, all of these consignment shops are completely hit or miss, but they have a good selection of kids clothes, good prices and the quality is always nearly as good as new and frankly, once they’ve worn it, it’s not new anyway so who cares. They also have great sales now and then. Once everything under a certain price, I think around $ 6 or $ 8 was half off. I really stocked up then.

LOVE this store! This is the only place I buy my child’s clothes. The staff is very friendly, and the quality of clothes is superb! I get SO many complements on the clothes I buy from here. I tell EVERYBODY with a child about this place. The prices are PHENOMENAL! You get so many clothes for a small price! And to top it off, they do price mark downs on their clothes and offer a punch card.

I personally love this store, and so does my 1 ½ year old daughter. There’s a little play area that kids can play in while you shop (her dad always supervises her of course) and when she gets bored she comes and shows me what she likes, since the bottom rack is within her reach! I have found so many cute dresses for such a good price, and they’re all in amazing condition, I will definitely keep going back and telling my friends about it!

On two separate visits I felt the workers were not very friendly nor helpful. I was pretty much ignored even while standing in front of them. When I asked them questions about selling clothes to them their answers were very vague and they seemed annoyed that they even had to answer any questions. They wouldn’t tell how they determined how much to give for what. They wouldn’t tell me how long it would take, only that I had to remain in the store or I would be forced to accept whatever offer they gave me. As a busy mom of three I didn’t have time to wait around for who knows how long. When I told them I would come back and I picked up the form required to be filled out (I figured I could fill it out at home to save some time) she rudely grabbed it out of my hands without a word. I guess they are trying to save paper or something but she could have had the decency to say so. On my way to pick up my son from school I decided that I would not go back because they just seemed shady, they were rude, and their used clothes are way overpriced. Also it smells really gross in there. It’s too bad, I had a lot of really nice things to sell. Better to sell on craigslist or ebay. Since I didn’t actually shop/​sell there I gave them two stars instead of the one star I think they probably deserve.

This place is rad, I work near here and decided to drop by and I am so glad I did. The staff is super nice and the place is well organized every time i’ve gone in. Even during one of their blow out sales it was still easy to find things. If you have a little girl you’ll have more of a selection and they have a really good amount of carriers and wraps. If you dont have a fussy child around you can literally lose an hour in this place, its rad!

I love this place! I’m here every other week checking out clothes, toys, and gear for my little guy. The prices are great and I love trading in old baby items and earning store credit.
