History

Established in 2014.

Growing up in an Italian family in the South, I learned at an early age that delicious, healthy food is an essential ingredient to a good life.

As a child, I watched my mom and grandmother prepare culinary masterpieces from scratch. Over time, I was able to pick up many tips and tricks from helping them in the kitchen, so the culinary industry was a natural fit when I became old enough to start thinking about my career.

Trained at the University of Tennessee Culinary Institute, I’ve since worked in both fine dining and casual American restaurants. It wasn’t until I switched to catering and later moved from Tennessee to the Phoenix area, however, that I decided to go in business for myself as a private chef.

My broad experience, Southern upbringing and strong Italian influence have all come together to enable me to hone by culinary skills and my own personal cooking style. Today, I bring classic American dishes with an Italian flair to dinner parties around the Valley.
