We prepare all types of cuisines from French to Asian, Continental to Italian. We use only the freshest produce and the finest ingredients from local growers and farmers. And we always cook your food on-​site to guarantee the freshest dining experience and distinctive catering!

We deliver to a majority of the Maricopa County area. Our catering services include special event catering, wedding catering, private dinner preparation, event coordinating, private bartender, cooking demonstrations, prepared meals, tasting menus, in-​house office catering, company picnic catering services, family events, baby shower catering, bridal shower catering, sports themed catering, high school graduation party catering, and more.

What can I say — food is my passion!

Having been in the food and restaurant industry for 27 years, my love for food truly began as a young boy in my grandmother’s kitchen in New Mexico. Observing her and my parent’s unique expertise in that area, I quickly began to appreciate the exciting art of cooking. Growing up in southern California is where I was introduced to fine food when my father worked at some of the best yacht clubs in the state.

After many years of preparing dishes for family and friends, I made the decision to perfect my own culinary talent. I enrolled at the Arizona Culinary Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona where I completed my degree in 2007. During my term at the Culinary Institute I was awarded the Gold Medalist Winner of the Arizona Skills Competition.
