Garrick McFadden was an in-house lawyer for a Fortune 500 insurance company. He leverages his experience to effectively represent clients whom were injured in automobile and trucking collisions.

Paul Ticen is a former insurance adjuster handling high severity claims and an insurance defense lawyer for an AV rated downtown firm. Paul assists with MTB’s personal injury and wrongful death practice, and also practices in the areas of trademark infringement, unfair competition, breach of contract and licensing agreement litigation.

Henry Beam is a former felony prosecutor who has tried numerous felony and misdemeanor criminal cases before a jury. Henry assists with MTB’s personal injury practice as well as practice in the areas of DUI and misdemeanor criminal defense.

Garrick McFadden is AWESOME! He took a very stressful situation and made me feel comfortable in it.
