History

Established in 2006.

After leaving a large full-​service law firm, Geoffrey Kercsmar founded the firm in 2006. With a singular focus on business litigation, the firm grew by adding other former big-​firm attorneys that sought to provide their clients with more personal attention at a better value. While the firm is deeply rooted in the Scottsdale community, this past year Kercsmar & Feltus opened a second office in Santa Monica, California.

Almost a decade after it was founded, the firm continues to practice only business litigation. This singular focus fosters an innovative and aggressive approach that has been repeatedly recognized by independent rating organizations and peer groups. The firm’s three managing members have all been recognized as «Southwest Super Lawyers» in their practice areas, an honor bestowed on less than five percent of attorneys. Many of the firm’s attorneys have also been named «Rising Stars.»
